Have been struggling for days to try to read the paper, without success. Deleted app, reinstalled, cleared caches, even created a new account, still not working.
Won’t let me read anything to which I have a paid subscription. Says I “already have max subscriptions.” Bull. I have one, I’m the only one trying to access it. I have yet to be able to read anything in ten days of subscribing.
No ability to modify cookies or privacy information. Not to mention the click bait ad trash that’s everywhere and mixed in with the actual news headlines and articles. Why is there a subscription if it’s going to be littered with those kind of ads?
Having to pay $5 or $6 per month just to see a full story on there is a joke. We should be able to read the articles without having to pay. Theres children missing and can't even read their description to try and help just due to that.
I can’t get into LasCrucesSunNews , can’t find where to cancel it and definitely don’t want it after all the hassle
Does not retain or can not access correct account information! Locks me out of all devices constantly. LC Sun News taking my payment every month though. Ridiculous!!
Since the update, LasCrucesSunNews will not let me sign into my account.
The coverage is pitiful and “Top Stories” won’t refresh on iPad. Las Cruces coverage has really hurt since USA Today takeover. App works only as well as the coverage.
LasCrucesSunNews has had the same news for days. Come to think of it the web site is the same too. Waste of money for the online subscription.
I’ve often found news in the Albuquerque Journal from one day ago, and I’ll search LCSN and find it does not keep up with the current news that is important to Las Crucians. For example, the state of NM was one in four states to receive the money from FEMA for unemployment, this happened Monday, and here it is Wednesday and nothing is mentioned at all in today’s paper.
This has been on the same page for 2 weeks. Even though the refresh date is correct.
Now that I’ve updated my iPhone, the Sun news app keeps crashing every time I try to launch it. Please update it or I will have to cancel my subscription!

Ever since the improvement, app won’t work on iPads
Gannett bought the paper, instantly took out Sound Off, the peoples input. Rest of the paper is pieced together with copies of national stories, no local sports. Do not recommend.
Can you take the CHS vs. LCHS report off. It is from 3-4 years ago and has been on ever since
