I like Allurion its very easy to use & i have been using it since 2019. Problem is now the scale data dates are written without the year, only month and day. and it gets confusing. I really hope that with the next update the years will be there again.

Hi, I have got my Allurion Balloon on the 21/04/2022 in Antalya, Turkey at the Antalya Obesity Center. However, I didn't receive my smart watch, they said they don't have, so I contacted the company. The Allurion app and support system works with a watch, and because İ don't have it, there is no support at all. I have sent messages on the App, and emails to the company main website and absolutely no response!! I had some difficulty and just no help whatsoever. It is really poor service!! You get the balloon and you are on your own! Nobody cares about you after! Very disappointing! Kind regards, Szilvia N.
