Do not download****HORRIBLE***
I would not even give this a rating. Our company was using this app for critical business and now it is useless and now the old app for iPhone is unavailable. The amount of steps you need to retrieve or park a call is ridiculous and this app is not user friendly at all and we are forced to look into other options for communication. Not sure if programmers really even tested before releasing an update. Poor design and very disappointed.

All that made this app great is gone
Looking for your Favorites? They’re a swipe and a tap further away. Looking for the Presence of co-workers? I’m still not totally sure where to see that anymore. Looking for your Contacts? Also a swipe and a tap further away. Everything that is important in this app and was once very easy to find on the very top, is now nowhere to be found or more than 1 gesture away. That greatly hinders the convenience the app once provided. Also, while on video conferences, my phone will go into lock mode if I don’t continuously tap the screen to keep the phone awake. This is absolutely the opposite I f what should be happening during a video conference. All in all, this “upgrade” is a huge disappointment.

Horrible
Remote work was your opportunity and this app is a complete faceplant. What a piece of junk. Every call drops the first time. Every time I call back it drops the first time. The second time I call back I get through. That’s the base level functionality. Pull this trash from the App Store and make the developer do some work.
