You know, I have lost 2 accounts, and have also lost my facebook accounts, because, upon updating, every time, my mobile games are automatically switched to another account, and I lose that which I was playing. On this last update, my guest accounts have also been removed. I have spent a lot of real cash for coins on every account. I have also had my frames, earned and purchased, removed. I have contacted Diamond Sky twice, this time around, and have had no response, other than the confirmation of the message received. I don’t like this at all. When I first got DiamondSky, I won a lot of coins. It was exciting. For a couple of years now, I use up all I have, trying to win, but it takes all my coins, so I have to build up a few pence to even play. This is sickeningly no fun. I want to delete the whole thing, but I like earning the frames. Well, I’m losing them, also, and with the response KatFam4 received, I will, most likely, receive no response, nor any satisfaction. 🤬You people have really screwed up this whole piece of junk casino. Your updates have taken my accounts,frames, and the real money I have paid for every one of my accounts. This is the last thing I will do, before I delete every one of the apps and accounts I have on my devices! You have removed the profile pictures, and my guest accounts. I know, now that you got all the real cash from me, you all don’t give a rat’s (!#%}~~>€) about the rest of customer satisfaction! I am fed up with this treatment! The only reason you have received only one star, is because they don’t have an F- choice to put for my rating!
