Subscribed and paid on 5 Sept 2023. The site will not recognize my login or email.
I was just billed for $80 by your organization. STOP IT! I cannot afford sums like that. My Visa was billed for $80 by you. I will pay it but not another cent ever. I don't know what I did to make that happen. I sense it was your doing. But, please, undo it.
I have been supporting Thom Hartmann with $10 a month for over a year, but I can't get access to any of his videos etc. I pay the bill to Patreon that was the contact on your web site.
Missing Podcasts

I have been a subscriber for multiple years now. Starting about a month ago my Podcasts have disappeared. I really don’t know what to do about this. I have been to the Apple store and they cannot do anything to help me. Together we deleted the app and then reload it, I logged back in as a subscriber, they recognized me and said my content had been unlocked, and then I still don’t have podcasts. Can anybody suggest something to help? I miss listening to Thom Hartmann.
I have sent multiple requests for help to RollSEO. They do not respond. My Internet provider is Verizon and I am in the Portland Oregon area. In the past I have successfully listened over cellular. My next thing to try is going to the Apple Store for their fast Wi-Fi to see if Verizon is somehow blocking me.
For years I would’ve rated this app as five stars. Now it is one star on less.

I'm a Patreon supporter and a big fan of Thom's show (and his newsletter etc). I usually listen streaming on WCPT Chicago or locally on KXRY FM.
I want to advise you that maybe this Thom Hartmann Show's App for i Phone has been hacked. This morning (from Portland, OR) when I tried calling the Show - for the first time from the i Phone app, the party that answered had an automated screening/ greeting that did not identify themselves, and began asking me questions about my health. Then when I answered (by pressing 1), i was taken to a salesperson who again did it identify their company and who "congratulated" me for earning a free medical device.
I said "no thank you" and hung up. And now i am letting you all know.
I also think it's suspicious how often Thom H. Show's phone lines are on the blink. Seems the stupid aggressive/ brainwashed rightwingers have an army of trolls.

I Hate the Update!

The new version is unstable and the audio fails unpredictably. The old version had a “News” button which contained a beautiful list of links to all the articles referenced on the show for the previous day and also a preview of the topics/guests on the current day’s program. That button has been eliminated.
