Crashes consistently
I’m curious if all of the reviews here are paid. We download this app for my six year old and within the first 30 seconds it crashed consistently. We uninstalled and then try to reinstall and it just ran into the same problems

Won't open for me
I've tried downloading this on both of my sons' and my iPad and none of them worked. It works when I download it on my phone but I'm not giving them my phone. I'd like for it to work on the iPad. It tries to open but then force closes immediately after. Please fix this!

Level19 doesn’t work, videos are black
I’ve subscribed just to get practice and learn but the videos never play and when I got to level 19, nothing happens! No chords no monsters, nothing. So that means the game is effectively frozen and done. Please resolve these issues.
