Palacio Real de Madrid Reviews

We downloaded PalacioRealdeMadrid in preparation for our visit to the Royal Palace and it did not work at all. We opened PalacioRealdeMadrid as instructed and tried selecting all the options - language, index, etc - with no luck. PalacioRealdeMadrid froze and didn’t allow us to proceed to the next screen at any point

We ended up having to get the audio guide anyway!

I downloaded PalacioRealdeMadrid the night before our visit. Once at Palacio Real, the video guides would not play. They do not have wifi at the Palace, which made connecting more difficult. Basically, I lost my money buying PalacioRealdeMadrid. Back at home some videos would play without sound.

App freezes & I have to turn off my phone to return to my Home Screen. Every single time. Don’t bother. Sorry the palace can’t find capable IT people able to fix it.

Save your money. The reviews are right, PalacioRealdeMadrid was frozen for 60% of the time. I eventually just shut it down and walked around without a guide. Better to rent at the palace if it’s important to learn deeper

Before my trip to Madrid, I paid for PalacioRealdeMadrid , and downlodied the audio from PalacioRealdeMadrid .. When I arrived at the Placio Real, PalacioRealdeMadrid did not work! I had to pay for the audo tour at the palace and did not use PalacioRealdeMadrid . I would like a refund for PalacioRealdeMadrid because it did not work.

El app no te deja bajar el contenido y la señal dentro del palacio no funciona. No hay wifi y la gente son súper odiosa. No te ayudan para nada.

El app se abre, pero en mi teléfono, es inutilizable; no funcionan las opciones, se traba el app... No me sirvió de nada. Y lo peor es que no me di cuenta hasta después de iniciar el tour, cuando ya no pude regresar para rentar un audio guía en la entrada. Quisiera que me regresaran mis 2 €.

I was concerned by the reviews and some people not having it work. But I saw the reviews were pretty old and so I tried it anyway. Glad I did. I was able to access everything i wanted HOWEVER, several times I had to back out of a room (on PalacioRealdeMadrid ) and re-enter to get the audio to play.

Downloaded this instead of getting he media guide and was not disappointed. Using PalacioRealdeMadrid let’s you skip the media guide queue which can build up!

I enjoyed it a lot!
