Bookedin Appointment Scheduler Reviews

Taking away the ‘Activity’ access when it’s the main reason most of us use this booking program. How does it make sense to remove that function when we are paying for the ability to easily access what clients are booking/cancelling? Many of us are using the ‘solo’ option because we don’t need more than one calendar and we don’t have employees. Just up the ‘solo’ rate if your company is struggling with money so we know up front what we are paying for and notify us first…. taking away features we picked this booking program specifically for is not professional and doesn’t feel safe. We have invested in your app and have important dates with clients and information we need for months and months, and it feels like it would be safer to use a different booking program that will not be randomly adjusted to force users to pay more to ‘unlock’ features they ALREADY HAD. Transitioning these bookings into a safer app before closing out the existing is very time consuming, and tracking payments properly for deposits after losing the Bookedin app’s record is extremely unprofessional to work through. There was a better way for your company to do this….i loved BookedinAppointmentScheduler, but now I feel your company is untrustworthy.

I am getting this a very low rating because I find it dumb that appointment apps charge sooo much to book services that others provide. The “basic” plan only allows 5 appointments a month and doesn’t send text reminders unless you have the expensive plan which is $600 annually that I absolutely would not pay for. Wish it didn’t waste my time and make me fill all my business info out just to find out it was not free. Very disappointed but I know for a fact there’s a bunch of apps out there doing the same. I recommend Square to whoever needs a free app. I already have it on another business but I didn’t know how to add an extra.

BookedinAppointmentScheduler has helped me run my HVAC company with ease in regards to booking my technicians. I can see all appointments for the week, daily, monthly. It has been a tremendous help being able to book appointments on the go with their convenient app or from desktop. The only thing I wish would be changed is when you have to change anything within the appointment that it should give you an option to notify the client if needed. Some changes are minor and the client doesn’t need to be notified with every change. Also wish it had a calendar that you could directly print from BookedinAppointmentScheduler and not have to go to your “gmail” calendar. I love my booked in app!!

I use Booked-in so that my clients are able to schedule online 24/7. Having appointments available to book online has increased the amount of clients I'm able to bring through the door. BookedinAppointmentScheduler is mostly user friendly but changing the hours and services could stand to be a bit easier . I pay for the premium and at the price - point wish I could have more than one user but overall it's a great service and option to have. Would recommend.

I use BookedinAppointmentScheduler to schedule tattoo appointments. Overall it is really great and a convenient way for me to manage my schedule, take deposits, and send out details and confirmations to clients. Once in a while I do have some issues when clients try and schedule they are unable to pay or get error messages when finalizing their appointment. When this happens I am able to enter their information in manually (so they are on my schedule and still receive reminders) but i then need to collect the deposit separately through PayPal or Venmo…and It adds the extra step of me entering in their info.

To show at least my whole day, but preferably the whole week. Hard to see where I have things to move around with such a tight view.
I’ve been with Vagaro since the beginning and have also used several others looking for my dream app. I’m booked and really only take referrals if anyone at all, so I do not need any social media. It actually gets in the way. I like a site that clients have their login, can make and move their appts and then get reminders. A bonus for me would be all conversations stay inside BookedinAppointmentScheduler .
Your app is clean, pretty easy, connects all of my calendars and blocks out my time, just missing a few things before I can commit to a changeover. But keep it up you’re on to something great! I’ve honestly tried over a dozen sites and this one is got most of the positives all together. One thing is that it took me a lot of searching to come across you. A LOT! You also don’t come up in BookedinAppointmentScheduler Store auto fill list unless I type you in exactly

An easy and expedient interface with user friendly navigation and set ups. Excellent customer service with friendly assistance. There is even an option to schedule help via phone or a zoom video appointment. They seem to consistently update features to meet customers needs. I’ve been using BookedIn for over 5 years. Their product is simple to use and interfaces seamlessly with my website. I no longer have to endure the back and forth with clients to find a session time. They can see my availability and schedule a time that works best with their schedule. Additionally, client information and notes about their session can be captured at the time of booking. Lifesaving…

I have been using an online appointment booking system for years! When my appointment booking company sold, the new system was confusing and the imbedded booking button would frequently not work on my website. My patients were now calling me for appointments which defeats the purpose. When I found Bookedin, I immediately appreciated the simple site design and their stellar customer service! More importantly, my patients are happy! Thank you Bookedin!!!

This problem and or app has taken out ant guess work from my schedule. From booking an appointment from the client getting confirmation to getting reminders and having all my waivers sent automatically before my appointment so no time is waisted. The best part is I am never double booking myself and it keep my schedule well organized so I don’t over book my hours. Seriously, give them a try. You will love them and the service they bring to the table.

I have gone through about four different scheduling applications, all of which either did not fit my needs or had so many bugs it was not worth it.

Then I downloaded this one and tried it. Within one hour, I signed up for the full membership. It solved every scheduling issue that I had. It is so simple to use, my clients think they aren’t doing something right.

I highly recommend this program! The free 14 day trial makes it risk-free, but it only took me one hour to figure out that this is what I needed.

I’m a barber and BookedinAppointmentScheduler has been amazing. It seems to have everything I need and My clients have been able to navigate it without having to reach out and ask for help. Which is incredibly helpful on my end. I get to choose how far out my clients can book and I can adjust my work hours as often as needed. I like that I set my time for each service but can adjust it on individual appointments if needed. The referral program is great too. I would highly recommend giving BookedinAppointmentScheduler a try.

My patience love this booking site. I do all the bookings. I do not let them book appointments, but that’s OK. What they really like is the confirmations reminders that I have set up for their appointments I do plan to try the PayPal system for payment but at the moment my only comment would be I wish my phone number would show up when I do send the confirmations because it does confuse some of my older patients, other than that, I would recommend this program to anybody that wants a good reliable for booking their patients or customers

I have been using BookedIn for my spa, The V Spot, for the past 2 years. It’s simple design, both on the backend for staff and the front end for clients, makes it easy to use. It is efficient and paired quickly with our PayPal account for immediate access to our funds. All notifications for appointments, cancellations, etc. immediately ome to our phones via the BookedIn app. With it, we can quickly book clients on the go, at vending events, and more. This all translates to the desktop view as well, so no one is left out of the loop. I recommend it to friends and find the support team quickly answers any questions I have ever had.

We are a municipal department and have needed a way to better serve our “internal” customers for a while. This software/app has been fantastic for managing appointments in our warehouse AND making appointments for deliveries! We have been able to increase our availability and overall services using Bookedin. In fact, there is discussion to incorporate this into different divisions of our department because of its flexibility.
Also, we have needed additional assistance from support for documentation, which have been FANTASTIC! We tailored this program for our needs with minimal effort and I believe you will be very satisfied using it as well!

BookedinAppointmentScheduler is dependable. I use it every day. My subs use it. The clients seem to be able to work it with no problem. However, for several months now BookedinAppointmentScheduler freezes up when I try to access my clients. This is an issue I’ve ask to be fixed. It seems to be a bandaid fix because it keeps doing it. I can’t add new clients or edit client info if I can’t have access to my client list. And to top that off it causes the entire app to freeze. When BookedinAppointmentScheduler is working properly it is a very good app. I believe it’s too expensive, when you take in consideration that you will only get 2 calendars and will be charged out the whazoo for any other calendars needed

Every time I think I have an issues with BookedinAppointmentScheduler they always have an answer and a way to make it work. Every thing I need for my scheduling is in BookedinAppointmentScheduler and I suggest it to every one of my coworkers or others I meet that have a similar job. I’m a full time tattoo artist and BookedinAppointmentScheduler makes it so my clients can book themselves easily and without hassle. They can book themselves more than 24 hours in advance, they can’t book over other appointments, and they get a text notification for the appointment! Al my clients love the system and are really held accountable for their appointments and have no excuses when they don’t show up!

I’ve been using bookedin for about 8 years now. Ive been recommending BookedinAppointmentScheduler to stylist for years. If you’re ready to take your business to another level I recommend using BookedinAppointmentScheduler. The second I book a client BookedinAppointmentScheduler sends a message to their phone with all their booking information, a reminder text the day before, and then the day of their appointment. Say good by to the “oh I didn’t know I had an appointment conversations” and the day before reminder phone calls/ texts. It makes my life and schedule way more manageable. I can save client formulas or any other info/ notes I need to. Clients can also schedule their own appointments. It just makes scheduling easy.

Seriously! BookedinAppointmentScheduler has saved me sooooo much time! Like I’m not sure what I would have done without it. I left a tattoo studio that had two counter people who did everything for booking etc for me. I knew I had no time to spend 20+emails with clients discussing dates for appointments. This saves so much time. I don’t need a counter person since it’s a new small studio and honestly my clients LOVE that they can book on their own terms. BookedinAppointmentScheduler is super personalized and you can change any setting you need to the way you want it. It sends out emails and text notifications for any upcoming appointments or changes, and allows you have required deposits set for any amount you want. Seriously a time saver. Did I mention it saves a LOT of time??

-Integrates with your personal calendar on your phone. So if you have an doc appointment or and event it will automatically block the times.
-Receiving deposits are easy.
-The text/email reminders and confirmation for customers are a plus

**would like to see an option where I can set certain services on certain days. For example long session tattoos ONLY on Sundays. I went around it and tweaked the times so it can only be booked for Sunday.

**would like to see an option for clients to reschedule and/or cancel. I find myself doing that manually.

Overall great service for Scheduling.
