Summary of HoneyBook Problems 🔥

- Opportunities from all over the country show up when selecting a specific location

- Have to search post for location to be sure it's not too far away

- Posts don't always state where the opportunity is

- Can't see all chats in one place

- Financial reports and break downs not provided

- No way for accountant to log in without giving full log in details

- No option to charge client cc card fees

The computer glitches for the customer and they are able to see my pipe line and retainer fees collected through their portal link. When they click the portal link it opens up to my pipeline.
