I’ve been trying to close my account for like 6 months. I’ve contacted customer service, but I can’t respond to any of the messages they send me. Then when I contact CS and tell them I can’t respond they still ask me questions as if I could respond to them after telling them I can’t respond. Overall terrible company and I’m sure it’s employees aren’t making a quarter of what they should be making because the company takes the rest.
I downloaded ibbü and set up my account months ago. Since doing so, I’ve had an error telling me to complete my invoicing info even though it has already been done. I’ve reached out to their customer support FOUR TIMES to get this resolved and they never answer.
Don’t waste your time with ibbü. ibbü never works right and you get very little support. They say it’s working, but there are so many issues. If you like working all day for $10, this is perfect for you. You will answer so many questions that you will get zero commission on and there is zero transparency. This really feels scammish, not sure how they get away with this.
I love working with this app not only by helping people and getting a paycheck, but know the legitimacy of the company and always getting paid for what I sell and achieve by helping customer worldwide. I love working with this app because I can make money while spending time with my family of friends! Thank you this app for becoming the number one work from home job I can call.
