It’s been almost 2 months that my app for iPhone is giving me problems! Check points are not being sent to employer and when clocking out, not really clocking out on their end. Please, fix this!

I go to “sites” on TrackTikGuardTour , look up my site and try to sign in and it reads “You need to Clock-in before Sign-in to Site. I try to clock in and it reads “You must be in a permitted zone to clock-in. Or it will readi must sign into site before i can clock in. TrackTikGuardTour is a pure headache. Never recognizes that i am in the proper location. I am at work with location turned on and TrackTikGuardTour keeps saying the same annoying stuff. I uninstalled TrackTikGuardTour and reinstalled it, and signed in again and it still say the same annoying thing.

Clocked out It keeps telling me to clock out when I’m indeed clocked out and other times it has given me the notification I have clocked out but TrackTikGuardTour still has me clocked in …

Track Til Guard Tour has consistently sent my reports to the wrong location, it has cost me and others their ability to work at certain locations due to this egregious issue. It shows that inam cocked in in the right location but sends my reports to another. I am NOT happy

Was the update that included the “edit photo” really necessary? It is interfering with sending the photo to the report after acknowledging the picture taken, and also the auto rotate feature is annoying. Auto rotate is locked on device being used, but it still auto rotates when in use. Please the developers know of this issue. The old version was better in my own opinion.

I’ve been using this apps for years and have seen so many bugs but the most recent bug that is getting on my last nerves is that my love picture for NAA mobile report are disappearing. TrackTikGuardTour isn’t crashing there just disappearing. I’ll fill up all the slots for pictures scroll back to do the report and the pictures are gone. This started last week and my boss has sent tractick support emails but the problem is still going on. Please fix this

Every time I’m on shift I accidentally set off the alarm feature, which then goes to my dispatch. If you have TrackTikGuardTour open, and you shake your phone even just one flick the alarm goes off. It’s way too sensitive and the alarm shake feature is a very bad idea. You’d be better off having a shake feature. Turn on your flashlight. TrackTikGuardTour itself is clunky with way too much going on in more slim, Simplified version would be better.

—when clocking out, TrackTikGuardTour shows a list of options “clock out and sign out”, “clock out and stay signed in” etc. there’s no reason to have this menu and it’s infuriating to have to deal with it every day.
—also, my shift ends at 6, yet When I open TrackTikGuardTour at 6 o’clock, it tells me I have a break in 30 minutes.
—TrackTikGuardTour keeps tracking my location in the background, even though it says it only tracks my location around the time I clock in and out, Very invasive.

The latest update seems to have broken the ability to clock in or out. I also can no longer see the schedule.

TrackTikGuardTour suits its purpose, it’s UI is simple unless you’re trying to decipher the weird way they display the schedule. Issues I have include

-not being able to post notifications or messages

-the layout of the schedule

- not being able to clock in or out because of update 3.9.2

User experiences also vary wildly. Some coworkers can’t see notifications and the message board, some cannot see the schedule, some cannot clock in or out.

Thankyou for fixing the clock in/out and break time display on iPhone. It was very frustrating not seeing the times you punch in or out.

TrackTikGuardTour is too complicated as to where everything is positioned and also the GPS constantly running drains my battery. I’m having to charge my phone 3x a night just to keep TrackTikGuardTour operating. Also make it where when TrackTikGuardTour is opened then the gps is on, when reports submitted, and clock clock out uses the gps. Don’t have it running all the time.

TrackTikGuardTour likes to crash when in the middle of doing a report, usually after taking several pictures and typing up a report while doing a property visit. There needs to be a auto save function for when this happens. Especially when a dispatch come thru, it automatically goes to it, erasing whatever report was being worked it. It’s been an absolute headache when on a time crunch and the apps crashes, causing someone to have to redo everything.

Was having no issues with TrackTik until the latest update which now turns my phone burning hot. No other apps on my phone cause this issue only TrackTikIt also causes an excessive drain on my battery nowWhich used to not happen.

I use TrackTikGuardTour for work but it randomly crashes when I’m using the NFC feature. I have two phones, Apple(personal) and Android(Work) I seem to have this problem with the Apple app. I tried uninstalling it but nothing seems to work...

So far no problems with TrackTikGuardTour itself and I am having fun with using this software but the thing is that it doesn’t allow me to edit my pictures once I take them even if I get a shot of a potential trespasser who would repeatedly reoccur on any of the sites I’m watching over so if only I could have that for this version of my phone IPhone SE, it would make things a bit easier but that’s all I gotta say about that.

Has a decent layout but randomly crashes rather frequently and it's really annoying. Crashes for me about every hour and a half to two hours for no apparent reason.

When you take pictures in TrackTikGuardTour do reports it degrades the picture. So if you ever need to go to court the images are not useful because you can barely make out words or numbers. Sometimes you can make out stuff. They need to fix the issue with the pictures being degraded.

Since I updated TrackTikGuardTour it won’t let me use TrackTikGuardTour at all to clock in into work

I use this for work, and it’s extremely useful. I click in and click out just fine. No problems.

I really like TrackTikGuardTour It’s very easy common sense but my thing is with the two jobs that I have they both use the same app now every time I log out I’m supposed to login for the other account but unfortunately, the way I have to do it. I have to delete TrackTikGuardTour reinstall the appand login to my account there was a way to go all the way back from the beginning to put in my second jobs information and to clock in instead of having to delete TrackTikGuardTour , reinstall TrackTikGuardTour and log back in for the second job
