HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!! Am a long time loyal customer and Wouldn’t recommend them at all horrible customer service. Ordered one hoodie 127 plus tax and it was too big I returned it and before even getting the refund because it takes 2-4 weeks for some reason I ordered another one of the right size and the stitching is all messed up and all they say is “oh we’ll return it” bogus for high paying customers not even an apology nothing this company is highly shady… shop IN STORE IF ANYTHING NEVER ONLINE THEY WILL SCREW U OVER!!

First it was not loading Klarna and being left on a loading screen, then it was having my bank charged even though not completing my order, then it was just not allowing me log in to my account. I have to keep deleting and downloading the app I’m tryna shop with you again before the sale ends but I am completely in able to complete a transaction on your app or website.

I racked up a good amount of points, but when I tried turning them into dollars, I got hit with a "minimum purchase not met" message. I dug into the fine prints, and there's no mention of needing a minimum purchase to cash in points
Stuff in the bag mysteriously vanishes on the desktop version, forcing you switch to the app. The return policy is a bit unclear about what's returnable and returnable, and what's not.
