I have a problem with GulfTalent

User reports:
No current problems

- No interaction from recruitment company or employers.

- Needs further development in terms of customer service.

- App crashes when trying to upload CV.

- App keeps crashing and logging user out.

- App is not opening and always on offline mode.

- Sends email updates for jobs that are no longer available.

- App displays error message "whoops. Something went wrong" frequently.

- TopCV writer recommended by the app is a scam and does not deliver or provide refunds.

To resolve GulfTalent network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the GulfTalent App
1. On android, goto Settings » GulfTalent » click [Force Stop]

Clear GulfTalent App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GulfTalent » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GulfTalent.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GulfTalent » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GulfTalent » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
