I’ve just paid for the extended planetary bodies “Add-On” only to find out that, while I get to see the asteroids in my chart, none of them are aspected.

If possible, I would like to see this in the next update, and get some written confirmation that that’s inbound.

If it’s not possible, I would like to ask for a refund of those $8 or so. I’m currently unemployed due to the COVID Pandemic, and am potentially facing homelessness within the next week as I can’t afford rent by any stretch. I know it’s only $8, but that’s gonna mean a lot to me here soon, and... I had really hoped it would give me some insight and help by spending it her on TimeNomadAstrologyCharts. I can get visuals and aspects for those planetary bodies on several other apps for free, but really wanted to see them in context of everything your app has that the others don’t, including PoF among others.

Again, I’d rather know that an aspect update is inbound more than anything. I think being able to interpret my chart more precisely will be great escapism for me while couchsurfing, and interpreting charts for others would be an added bonus for them to let me couchsurf for longer.

Thanks again for all your help, and I hope y’all are holding up okay during all this pandemic business yourselves.

TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is not that bad. I have tried a lot of astrology apps and this one stands out because of the add on it offers and example is fixed star, which not many apps I’ve use offer. The only issue I have with TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is that is not as descriptive as I will like when it comes to aspect or house placement and planet placement. I’m under the impression TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is more for the individual that has an extensive knowledge on astrology. So, the issue I have will not be a problem for someone who uses TimeNomadAstrologyCharts because they already have an understanding of aspects and house placement, so they don’t need to be explain as much what Moon and Pluto aspect is. But if your a beginner forget about it because you will be completely lost with the all the information that is being thrown at you. Not saying that TimeNomadAstrologyCharts doesn’t provide information of astrology because it does but is more basic is not as descriptive as I will like. So if that’s what your looking for I will recommend that you use another app but if your someone that have extensive knowledge of astrology and need no explanation of aspect or house placement and planet placement, house rulers etc then TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is for you.

I’d give Time Nomad a higher score IF I could read it. Because of the low contrast font color and small size type, coupled with a screen that doesn’t enlarge, makes this Tome Nomad a non-visible app to my 58 year old eyes that use 1.25 magnifying reading glasses. Seems like if your going to use the type and color scheme you’ve chosen you should make the screen enlargable, otherwise you are making Time Nomad useless for anyone without perfect eyesight. Looks like a good program but I can’t be sure because I just can’t see it.

To Gary - the developer - the solution to this problem is SIMPLE. Put all fonts in BLACK ink against a WHITE background. That’s all you have to do - provide contrast so the letters can be seen.

Even if the font size is small, IF the developer provides high-contrast letters (i.e., black letters on white background) then older eyes can read your app. Otherwise, it’s not much use, if you can’t see it.

Although I find TimeNomadAstrologyCharts aesthetically appealing and relatively informational (other apps are more detailed in regards to aspects). I do find it frustrating that you can purchase ads-ons for asteroids yet the MC and Ascendant are left out. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts will show you what your MC, ASC, and DSC are BUT it is completely left out when it comes to aspects. I’ve been studying astrology for maybe a year now, so I’m no pro but in following seasoned astrologers I find many referring to the importance of these placements yet TimeNomadAstrologyCharts seems to disregard them. Maybe I’m not navigating TimeNomadAstrologyCharts properly. But TimeNomadAstrologyCharts does seem to be for more well versed astrologers overall considering some of the incredibly detailed settings. Maybe not the best app for astrology hobbyists.

Update: After a response from the developer I see the aspects for MC, ASC, and DSC and have changed my rating in accordance.

I really love TimeNomadAstrologyCharts for calculating charts on the go and looking at future and past transits and all things lunar. I particularly like to use TimeNomadAstrologyCharts when I’m trying to place someone’s ascendant. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts also introduced me to the concept of fixed stars and some of the less well known asteroids.

It can be overwhelming for someone who is brand new to astrology, but TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is highly customizable, so you can control which features are at your fingertips. For example, you can change orb ranges, limit which aspects are available for viewing (so if you wanted to turn off minor aspects you could), etc.

If you’re thinking about downloading - do it. It’s worth it even though I’m submitting feedback for developers.

FEEDBACK FOR DEVELOPMENT:
- There’s a bug where the wrong forecasting date is shown at the top when looking at future or past transits to the natal chart, and sometimes when you’re viewing the natal chat +/- time
- I use TimeNomadAstrologyCharts to catalog charts so being able to group them or rearrange the order they appear on the left would be super helpful.
- Editing birth data or deleting a chart is not intuitive from a UX perspective since you have to click the add button (edit library > select person). A separate button would be great

I love TimeNomadAstrologyCharts and use it regularly. However, today I decided to test how far the date could go and it let me go VERY far! So I though, why not? Let’s see what the stars looked like then. But it crashed TimeNomadAstrologyCharts , so I had to delete it and redownload it. All the information I had got lost (I managed to get most of it back, since I remembered a lot of it, but i’d rather I didn’t have to do that).

I guess maybe I was asking alot, trying to find out how the planets were taking place way into the distant past. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is amazing and very helpful but maybe there should be an error message that should pop up if anybody tries to calculate an extremely old date that TimeNomadAstrologyCharts doesn’t have data on, so it doesn’t crash.

This is by far the best app I could find for what I wanted to do -learn by jumping in headfirst and exploring without consistent paid roadblocks. While I have since bought two add-ons I don’t think it’s at all necessary to do so to fully enjoy and learn. There’s tons of options and generally “ok” explanations (I use them as a springboard to google so it’s not really a necessity nor the point of TimeNomadAstrologyCharts). I enjoy the blog (although I believe the RSS subscribe feature is faulty and if it could be fixed I’d love to be able to sub). Really lovely visuals - it’s not tacky or distracting:) I tend to use this more than any desktop option as it’s very clean and easy to separate information out. I really hope the updates keep coming! Right now I wish there was an easy was to see things like Grand Trines and Kites (labeled) as I’m still learning and it’s a bit difficult to decide if what I’m seeing just looks similar or is actually within the reasonable degrees to be considered so but maybe I’m missing something!

I must say, TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is not the easiest to understand and navigate for people with minimal knowledge of astrology. That being said this is an amazing app for learning it from the ground up. It has helped me understand how things relate to me on a much deeper level than prior to this apps use. Other apps tell you what their interpretations are for you, TimeNomadAstrologyCharts allows you to make your own interpretation based on what is known to be fact or very long-standing and upheld beliefs. And find out how these things apply to you both on a day to day level, and long term.

I downloaded TimeNomadAstrologyCharts a few months ago and even though I have professional programs I use for my business, TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is a great resource for quick overviews of transits - mundane & natal - the current sky configuration, and mostly planetary hours! I can plan my day accordingly with those hours so thank you Time Nomad. Last bit of praise goes to Denis and his stellar customer service! Notifications weren't working and not only did this new update fix that, he emailed me from my original request weeks ago informing me they are up and running. You can't beat Time Nomad or it's excellent customer service!!!

This is a really nice app with lots of functionality. There aren't any interfering ads or nonsense interfaces. Everything makes sense and there's lots of information. You can do a bunch of charts as well as look at current transits and there's even a place where you can scrub the motion of the planets with a slider and watch them move in the chart. The developers put a lot of work into this clean, ad free app. It's worth giving it a try.

EDIT: After using this regularly for a few weeks I really like the aspects time line. I use it all the time. I wish I could get a really beefed up desktop version. I’d happily pay. Thanks for a great app.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app before, and if I have it was a long time ago... but wow. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts has absolutely blown me away in all it’s able to do!!! I thought I knew it all with astrology, but I opened TimeNomadAstrologyCharts and realized I still had a lot more to learn & practice. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts has taught me so much just in the few moments I’ve owned it. It’s user friendly, it’s easy to read and understand, it’s super in depth & crazy accurate, it’s eye opening, and it puts things into perspective. AND it’s FREE. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU FOR TimeNomadAstrologyCharts!!!!!!! TimeNomadAstrologyCharts has seriously changed the game for me. Thank you so, so much!!!

I’ve purchased all the Add-ons which totally rock.

So much hard work has gone into TimeNomadAstrologyCharts and I’m happy there are other ways to express thanks by donating money via the “Coffee”, etc. section.

Really Great App But One Issue...

...at the moment. Denis, the syncing between my iPad and iPhone is having trouble. Sync won’t occur from iPad to iPhone, although it did until recently. Sync does work from iPhone to iPad though. The only problem is that I mostly use my iPad and had made many changes and additions to Time Nomad on it. I checked settings on both devices and they are both checked to sync across iCloud. Don’t know what happened. Thanks.

TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is my favorite because I like to learn both systems. I am not a professional astrologer but I am high interested in it because it is so applicable to life situations and can provide great healing resources. I love the idea of being able to bounce back and forth from Vedic to Tropical because I am curious about both systems. I see the benefit in both and like blending them for my own curiosity. I do have some suggestions but I will email them once I have a chance. I just have habit of jumping in deep then trying to swim my way back up but the depth of the information in TimeNomadAstrologyCharts approaches astrology and astronomy. It really helps me learn the deeper meanings and apply the information. Hopefully I am doing it right haha

I originally stumbled upon TimeNomadAstrologyCharts 2 years ago because it was one of the few apps I could find that gave planetary hour notifications. Since then I’ve come to use it every day to also check charts and transits. I love the added benefit of getting notifications about planetary transits as they’re happening without even opening TimeNomadAstrologyCharts . TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I’ve purchased some of the add-ons for deeper exploration but I just want everyone to know what an incredible value you receive for FREE. The convenience and extent of charts and information you can pull easily from your phone, without fumbling with a mobile website, is absolutely priceless.

I've never felt so inclined to praise an app until I downloaded this one. The easy to read and beautiful format helped me pick up on reading circle charts fast and isn't messy. I can discern the aspects and glance at them and I love having the option to get more accurate details. The add-ons are nice too and I like that I don't need them to use TimeNomadAstrologyCharts but it adds nice 'flavor'. I frequently delete apps when I get bored of them or feel they're useless but this is a mainstay in my phone. My only wish is that this would have a sister app that would further expand and explain different aspects and tidbits and extensive astro information. I've been searching long for an app to pair with this gem but for now, TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is immaculate. Thank you.

i’ve never left a review before in my life cause i’m lazy and just don’t care. but with TimeNomadAstrologyCharts i just feel compelled. the BEST astrology app in TimeNomadAstrologyCharts store by far. it’s completely underrated. for someone who is studying astrology and keeps an eye on her current transits, TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is an essential!! of course, most people won’t see it’s appeal if they don’t know the basics of astrology but if you do, you need to get TimeNomadAstrologyCharts.

the slider functionality is amazing. and the way it’s laid out on the side with the summary, world transits, personal transits, etc. amazing. organized, easy to use, thank you thank you thank you to the developer. i’ve bought every add on except for the synastry one but once i have money (i’m a grad student😭) i’ll definitely continue supporting you. thank you so much.

There is so much useful information offered for free that I don’t even need the add-ons. But, I purchase them anyway just to support the developer.
Just the Personal Events and Summary sections are pure gold for me.
The only additions I would ask for is to provide more information for the planets on the outside of the wheel such as degrees, and perhaps Nakshatras. Larger glyphs would be nice too. There is so much empty space inside the wheel that is devoted solely to aspect lines that could be better utilized. People familiar with astrology can easily see aspects on their own. Having an option to turn off aspects and add more information on the outside would be awesome. Secondly, providing an Ephemeris add-on showing a whole month at a time would also be incredibly useful and I would gladly pay for that feature.

I love TimeNomadAstrologyCharts. I have had it for about two years and it is the only astrology tool I have held on to. It has everything I need without a pay wall: simple transits, lunar phases, retrogrades, and natal charts—and the paid add ons (I think I’ve bought two or three) are worth it, and are a reasonable value.

I would recommend TimeNomadAstrologyCharts to someone interested in astrology, who has foundational knowledge about astrological symbols, and is tired of horoscopes that don’t explain the connection to the stars. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts gives you everything you need to read and interpret the stars for yourself, and if that’s what you’re looking for, you found it. It’s an invaluable tool for me.

I will say though, that it was jarring at first how much information is available on TimeNomadAstrologyCharts . It almost seemed like a maze the first few weeks I used it. But the layout is beautiful, (maybe a comprehensive guide upon first opening/ downloading would help?) and after learning how to navigate, I love it.

My only other issue is that sometimes there are symbols, abbreviations, and concepts that aren’t explained. I love the guides in TimeNomadAstrologyCharts, but sometimes I want more of them!

I hope TimeNomadAstrologyCharts gets more love in the future because it really is an amazing tool! My best to the creators!

I use Time Nomad every day. TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is not for beginners! It is the only app I’ve ever seen with a Transit Timeline, or Transit Graphs, and I love the feature that allows me to select a transit and then click through to see when it began, when it’s exact, and when it ends.

The only way it could be improved is if they hired people to write descriptions of each aspect, placement, and transit. However, this is a feature of many other apps and sites, so I *can* get that information elsewhere. I consider this the best free app out there for astrology, and it satisfies the geek in me. I have purchased add-ons for this one, asteroids and progressions, but I would pay more to purchase descriptions and interpretations.

I appreciate TimeNomadAstrologyCharts for the variety of tools available, viewing options, developer response, and how it keeps improving over the two years I’ve had it. I’ve been a informal student of astrology for those two years and have just started formally learning it and I don’t for-see my needs outgrowing TimeNomadAstrologyCharts anytime soon. I really wish there were more Hellenistic specific tools though. It would be cool to have zodiacal releasing and profection timing tools, bounds/term rulers, and Decans. Of course in a perfect world.

Bottom line - get it now! This is one of the best, well-structured apps in the Store. Other developers would do well to pattern after what Denis has done. Give tons of value up front, then add some fairly-priced add-ons and create a tip jar. I couldn’t wait to give him the maximum “tip” because of how freakin cool this thing is. Gives you a whole new set of eyes on your chart. I could go on and on...just get the free version and you’ll see for yourself! Hopefully you’ll be generous with him because this dude deserves it! Thank you Denis - hopefully you develop more like it.

TimeNomadAstrologyCharts is not a horoscope generator or full of gimmicks. It’s very comprehensive and is very informative. If your new to astrology I would highly recommend purchasing an astrology encyclopedia or using google extensively to understand what the terms and symbols mean. The type of information TimeNomadAstrologyCharts offers you usually have to pay hundreds of dollars for. If your serious about learning astrology download TimeNomadAstrologyCharts. And if your already serious about astrology you should already have TimeNomadAstrologyCharts
