I have been playing this game for months without issue, EXCEPT that I have never been able to play duals. It always says "network error, check your network settings". I would really like to be able to play this part of the game too. Please help. Thank you!
For a week now I cannot do the duels. It says connection issues on 5g Ana on wifi. I have no issues with any of my connections but it still doesn’t work. I’ve even shut down and restarted my phone
I've also been getting the network error for over a week now. I emailed support and they gave me a solution + 20 gold. The solution didn't work and they said they are looking into it. All that to say... contact them for the gold lol.

For the past few weeks, I’ve had problems with the “Social” part of the game, involving the various challenges where one can gain rewards, including gold, connecting to the network. I’m using an iPad 7 with lots of free memory and excellent WiFi. (We upgraded our Internet for household members working at home during the pandemic.) Up to today, after a couple of tries, it would successfully connect. Today, after several tries, it still won’t connect. I’ve tried all the recommended ‘fixes’ (deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting my iPad, and so on). Do you have any further suggestions? A tech-savvy friend suggested that my level of progress in the game could be the problem, since the app would now have to store more data than it did before. Could that be a factor and, if so, is there a fix for that?
