The latest update has rendered Milkbasket completely unusable. It says “Improved system stability” which is funny cause it does exactly the opposite. You are automatically logged out from Milkbasket and no matter how many times you request for the OTP, it simply doesn’t let you login even after you enter the OTP correctly every single time. It clearly looks like their QA team has done an amazing job not testing the release before it went out. Doesn’t even look like the development team has done any self testing. Extremely disappointed with the quality of Milkbasket and the actual absolute nonchalant in fixing the issue.

It is not a reliable service ! I raised complaint for not delivering items, they close it without resolving ! Their chat service don’t bother to reply to customer query ! App freeze multiple times ! Uninstalling and closing account !

So basically, they make you pay for the wallet. Later, they won’t have a single item in store and they don’t have a customer care number to contact to. Worst app ever. Taking advantage of COVID19 situation.

No one can talk if you have order related query, they suggest only go through Milkbasket chat section for any query ...

I appreciate the concept and product quality is good. But only big issue with customer support ...

In bangalore Whitefield area most of the products out of stock, no milky mist probiotic curd , no mango, and even Britannia healthy slice bread is not there. These three things are something I want daily. Apart from Amul milk you have no other product, so I am using other alternatives like BB daily. Please work on your product stock.

Ordered milk and they had it in transit until 10 AM and cancelled it. This too on the very first day. Had to go to shop to buy milk after waiting for 3 hours for delivery. On top of it, they disabled the chat support and had no way of knowing if the order would get delivered or not. Worst service and would give negative stars if possible

Milkbasket is so unusual- Order gets placed the moment you add an item to the cart.

Secondly, money gets debited from the wallet automatically without any confirmation and a person’s Membership is started without his/her consent.

Milkbasket provides no upfront information for the monthly membership fees. It is only when the user checks his transactions he will be able to see a deduction. Apparently I joined the platform back on 2020. I came back on 2023 to place my first order. Without any information the amount was deducted. It’s not the money but the lack of information which is hurtful. The referral process is broken and also the default promo code which shows some random error when you try to apply the same.

You can shop till 11:59 pm and everything will be delivered on or before 7 am, heavy rain - no problem, forgot sugar - no problem, came back home late no energy - no problem

Lifeline for my household

Started using MB about a month ago. Except for one incident where I had to tweet the founder for resolution the service has been very reliable and a lifesaver. No other service like Flipkart or BigBasket was delivering in our building. I know the company is struggling with increased costs due to COVID and they have included an optional service charge which I hope they will remove when things get stable! Wish the team all the best . It would have been very difficult without them to run a family of 4 including my aging parents .
