2 years agoIch bin am 19.12.2021 mit Lufthansa von Frankfurt nach Toronto und von da , nach Havanna geflogen . Dabei ist in Toronto mein Koffer abhanden gekommen und bisher nicht mehr gefunden worden. Der Referenzcode : J3G3NV für diese Buchung. Ich habe den Verlust per email bei Lufthansa Customer Services gemeldet und mir wurde folgende ID : 35371928 , gegeben , unter der mein Sachverhalt geklärt werden sollte. Ich habe 3 Wochen in Kuba ohne meinen Koffer verbracht und musste mir verschiedene Dinge kaufen. Bisher ist von Ihrem Service keine Antwort gekommen. Sollte nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen von Ihnen reagiert werden , sehe ich mich gezwungen einen Anwalt , mit der Wahrnehmung meiner Interesse zu beauftragen. Why a stand-alone app!?
This app is emblematic of Lufthansa disastrous IT ‘capabilities’. Why does a stand-alone app exist for Service? There is another stand-alone app for entertainment. And none of them are any good. They try to make it look nice on the surface but the app has no capability to do anything. You want to change your frequent flyer number?! - you need to call. Please Lufthansa- look at United, copy their app and start over. Whatever you are doing right now is so poor, it really doesn’t pass as an app.

Can you imagine a customer service app that provides no customer service? The chat didn’t work, the singular number provided was an American number and there was absolutely nothing in the app that provided me help with what was quite a serious situation. I could find no numbers online, nor any feasible way to receive assistance. If this terrible excuse of an app is the best customer service that Lufthansa can provide then god help us all.

Worthless
This app is fine; it’s the service that’s ridiculous. After spending an hour on chat for an issue sending in some additional evidence for my situation via email. The chat ended and 40 minutes later i received a response to my email requesting I provide all the context I had already shared with the chat agent all over again and that my request had been canceled. What is the point of a chat capability with the customer experience is disconnected.
