Love the puzzles so upgraded for 8.99. That was a waist of money. CoolJigsawPuzzleHD worked better before I upgraded. Now when I click on a puzzle it just shuts down. Please do not waist your money. I will be contacting Apple about getting a refund.

App constantly freezes especially for the Daily Puzzle. Haven’t seen an update in weeks. Very unstable. Shame because CoolJigsawPuzzleHD otherwise is good.

I have lost all of the puzzle I purchased. Contacted cool puzzle customer service they have not contacted me back. Very poor customer service.

With this new update the puzzle is so small I can’t even see the pieces and why is there soooo much wasted space when the puzzle could be bigger and easier to see and put together. I don’t like it and this was my go-to puzzle app. Now I’m deleting it because it is no longer fun to do! 5 thumbs down!!! If you change it back to the way it was I’ll keep playing but I can’t see it well at all. Not straining my eyes cuz this is just stupid!!!

Tried to play this many times, more advertising than play time. The rest of the time there are so many advertisements it freezes up the game. Pass on this

Get NO help from support about just getting red screen when puzzles have been purchased. No longer going to waste time on something that no one cares about helping and getting answers! BYE!! Not worth the download!

Since the update this morning I lost all the puzzle packs I paid for. Yesterday I bought all the months from Jan2016 to Dec 2016. I still have Jan 2017, and June and Oct 2016. All the rest are gone either fix this issue or refund my money. I tried the restore button didn't work. I also tried the report issue button that didn't work either. I am on an iPad Pro. Please fix this issue

Best puzzle game until it freezes and you cannot get to the Daily puzzles, new puzzles or even settings

Good puzzle game but recently could not load daily puzzles, it said it was my internet connection which worked with everything else. Deleted and reinstalled app and now puzzles work but lost over 250,000 points. Either this is a glitch in CoolJigsawPuzzleHD which they should make good for or it is an intentional money grab. I hope it’s the former

Since the new update, I am not a fan of the new surface. I can barely see my pieces. If you could change it back to how it was before. I think a lot of people won’t be happy about the new update. Other than that, I love CoolJigsawPuzzleHD.

I really like your puzzles.
However, the pieces often refuse to move for hours or longer.
Also, the Daily Puzzle posts a message that says 100% loaded but refuses to reveal an image for a day or two.
Please advise.

Update... I have a love hate relationship with this game. Best puzzle game out there, when it works. Will work for a couple of months, then it freezes on an ad ( cannot close the ad) have to uninstall and reinstall... then it works for awhile longer.

In game support came back as undeliverable.

Love the daily puzzles. The only issue we have is it won't restore our purchases between our equipment. So if I purchase a puzzle package on my iPad it won't update my purchases on my iPhone. Also, my can't get the daily puzzle anymore on one of our ipads. Bummer

I have download a package and it is just a red field or background. I like the puzzles very much. I wish you could put a zoom on the puzzles, for it would be easier to see what you are doing. Is there anything that my be done? If we can fix the issue with the red background at least then I will consider giving a five stare rate if. Thank You.

I love all of the puzzles, but it is annoying because the pieces stick sometimes and you can’t move at all. I love all the puzzles and do them every day. I just feel that you need to know about this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.🙂

I love the layout...the pieces work a lot better now and don’t refuse to move...I am very pleased with the scoring ratio for the most difficult level.... I love that you are coming up with new puzzle packages often. The one problem I have is the contrast of some of the pieces with the background colors, which makes it difficult to see the edges of the pieces. The background I use most often is the gray one with the vertical lines through it.
I would love it if you could come up a bigger variety of background colors. I would love to see white, light blue, pink and lime green (vertical lines are very helpful, too). Also, two of the colors are mislabeled.

This has become my favorite site for puzzles. As a child, I just hated working puzzles! We were always missing some places.
Looking down we would see one of baby sisters chewing on
Them. Puzzles are now an evening of enjoyment!!!

I absolutely love this game, I haven't touched any others game since I downloaded this game three weeks ago. You can make it as easy or as hard as you like, love it..
