App Won't Open

Downloaded this app but it won't open. Every time I try to use it it immediately shuts down and gives me an error message saying I need to turn on my location services. But it's not an app that's listed in the location services section of my settings. Tried deleting and re-installing several times but I still have the same issue.

Unless you live in London, this is a complete waste of time, since one cannot change the current location. No demo mode, nothing. Next!
