Downloaded MoonTracker but it won't open. Every time I try to use it it immediately shuts down and gives me an error message saying I need to turn on my location services. But it's not an app that's listed in the location services section of my settings. Tried deleting and re-installing several times but I still have the same issue.

I am only willing to pay once but this version is OK

Unless you live in London, this is a complete waste of time, since one cannot change the current location. No demo mode, nothing. Next!

While trying to save my location, which was not available in your list, the save icon was faint, so I failed to save location.
