I struggled the first few days. Then I struggled for the rest of them and now I can regularly hold a four minute plank. Any chance youโd allow self- designed workouts?
PlankChallenge4minutes does a great job of timing and giving you the goal, but it would be nice if it didnโt pause music every time a round ended
App does a great job of building up to a 4 min plank but it stops your music in between sets
Edit: If you are using Apple Music, the music will pause between sets and not resume.
Its boring and bad white out music and motivation...
