Monumental Sports Network Reviews

This is my go to app (and website) for sports in the DMV. Very easy to watch live games, plus the original shows are really unique - can't find programming like this anywhere else.

Last year they had a Wizards preseason game on MonumentalSportsNetwork and it was glitchy and I couldn’t even watch the game. Now they have done it again and MonumentalSportsNetwork is still glitching out. The worst part is you have to sign up for a subscription or free trial to attempt to watch the game. I immediately canceled my subscription last year because MonumentalSportsNetwork wasn’t even working. I get that they are trying to get new subscribers with this promotion but they need to invest in fixing MonumentalSportsNetwork before putting games exclusively on it.

The first thing you notice is that MonumentalSportsNetwork attempts to automatically feed you unwanted video content. I only downloaded MonumentalSportsNetwork in an attempt to be able to gain entry to a wizards game. Why should going to a basketball game be so difficult? That you cannot print your ticket, you have to download an app, MonumentalSportsNetwork is confusing, not to mention you have to have it transferred from Ticketmaster and synced to MonumentalSportsNetwork to work? Way too painful of customer problem-resolution here guys.

Pretty sure I know why this is so poorly rated. When you buy tickets electronically, monumental sports emails you and directs you to download MonumentalSportsNetwork to transfer your tickets. MonumentalSportsNetwork is a monumental piece of excrement. The login never works. Luckily you can get your tickets transferred to your smartphone other ways, so just ignore the monumental bait and switch. If any of MonumentalSportsNetwork developers are reading this, your app clearly has a problem. You may want to consider fixing the login issue or provide better instructions.

Downloaded because for some reason they won’t let you print out tickets at home. Says to download app or put on credit card. Well MonumentalSportsNetwork is trash and won’t log in. Not even sure it’s possible to access tickets on MonumentalSportsNetwork, it’s not in the FAQ. Save your time and just put on credit card, which is not ideal but pretty much the only option for ticket transfers.

Forced to download this to access Caps tickets I purchased through StubHub. It doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize my user account even though I’m looking at my account on desktop. Avoid using this for tickets if you have a choice (we eventually transferred the tickets onto a credit card). Added bonus: horrible interface. Worst app I’ve come across.

Every time I go to load my tickets to my wallet, I follow their instructions but the description doesn’t match the layout. Only way I can see my tickets is to turn off my vpn and pull it up on safari. The site tells me to load it to my wallet but the links NEVER works.

Worst app ever… that is next to Ticketmaster.

The unsubscribe feature on MonumentalSportsNetwork does not work, so I contacted the company and asked them to cancel my subscription. They confirmed with me that they had cancelled. A few months later I’m reviewing my app subscriptions and they were still charging me. They never cancelled my subscription even though they said they had. Do not use MonumentalSportsNetwork.

I created an account... when I sign in it says I need to sign up... When I sign up it says I already have an account.. After way too long figuring it out.. the content was glitchy Brutal. Terminated my account within 2hrs. Want my money back... pretty sure I won’t get it.

Second time I have attempted to use MonumentalSportsNetwork for Wizards tickets. My email login fails on MonumentalSportsNetwork, but works in the Wizards app and on Ticketmaster. Plan on this failing and finding an alternative to getting your tickets. Ugh.

I normally don’t provide reviews but MonumentalSportsNetwork is exceptionally ... bad.
I have a MS account that I can access into the web. However with the iPhone app, it says there is no account associated with my email address.
MS support couldn’t provide assistance.

Logged in on my laptop and it is saying that it doesn’t recognize my email, when it’s the same one I used for my laptop. Their system doesn’t correlate well with one another

MonumentalSportsNetwork is fantastic! I'm often on the go when it comes to my daily activities so it's super helpful to have entertaining, informative content at my fingertips! Plus, it's very easy to navigate through MonumentalSportsNetwork and find what I'm looking for.

Everyone involved in the development of MonumentalSportsNetwork should be fired and never allowed to develop another app for as long as they live. Nothing in MonumentalSportsNetwork works right. If you intend to use it for admittance to an event, good luck with that.

Clicking Subscribe in MonumentalSportsNetwork results in a crash.

Still kind of tough to sign in and get my tickets to download.

MonumentalSportsNetwork is horrible. Doesn’t recognize my account i just logged into and i can’t access my tickets. Total trash app.

Just bought tickets to a Wizards game, they told me I needed to access them via MonumentalSportsNetwork... download MonumentalSportsNetwork and it says my email isn't registered, smh

Can’t log in with account I just created. Had to transfer tickets to card. Less than useless app.
