MiATT always, always is an understatement, crashes. No help from Tech support, and don’t even get me started on the website. Maybe US HQ should help since it’s an American company.

The time it takes to receive your email verification is longer than the time that it is valid. Which essentially bricks MiATT

MiATT design is so bad you can’t even pay for the eSIM on MiATT . It only lets you put in the card number and country and won’t allow any further input of info. Incredibly frustrating.

This is the 3rd month in a row I cannot recharge my data using MiATT . There is always a pop-up alerting the was an error “algo salió mal!” So frustrating. It used to work for me. Now I’ve resorted to 3rd party recharge apps and have ti pay their extra fee.

Great company and service north of the border, but a horrible company and experience south of the border in Mexico. One would think that when you charge double the competition you would try and provide a better service.

This company is very bad. They steal money from your account and the customer service is very bad. I used the service for only 4 days. It was an experience. $413 was withdrawn from my account for 4 days. I called customer service and they said 1 hour, like a day, like a week, like a month. We will take the money.

the application don't load and don't let me access

Very clearly designed by some junior level engineer with zero UX training. Terrible UI. How do I pay my bill? How much do I owe? Why can I only select pre-determined amounts? Why do you require so much information for me to add a payment method? I could go on. Literally the only thing MiATT is useful for, and even just barely, is tracking usage. Forget trying to actually do anything in MiATT . F-

I paid for roaming data in Europe and it never. I was forced to buy a SIM card and had the Apple Store load it for me. I had been assured that I would not have a problem with my roaming by AT&T representatives in Cabo San Lucas.

User interface is poor, very low contrast between background abd text and also small text, hard to read.

The UI is behind the notch and the tab bar is behind the bar for changing or closing apps

App crashes last few days!!!

How to change to English

MiATT signs out after a few minutes and does not accurately show total data available from promotion.

ATT should offer an English option for online account holders! Not all users speak Spanish!

I have a recurrent payment contracted with your company and this is the second month it is not done automatically

I could never pay my bill before until this month !! MiATT would not let me even pay with PayPal or my credit cards/debit cards.
