We do not have an account with Cloudflare directly but according to GoDaddy the IP problem is between Mighty Networks and Cloudflare directly. As for now, I am unable to access our membership page (due to our domain redirection) thus I can't login to our Mighty Networks account to chat with support. I sent an email multiple times with no response. Our membership page worked for one week. Then days later we received the ERROR 1001 message and have not been able to get any assistance to answer our questions. Ready to cancel and find a new membership hosting site.
I am desperate to talk to someone. I'm not very good with tech and would really like to talk to someone if possible. You can contact me on 07397777453. One of the directors from HOPE Sussex, I am also a director, has basically screwed the company over. She set up Mighty Networks months ago and has never done anything for the community with it, but HOPE Sussex CIC have been paying for it. She did however upload her content on there! When she resigned and locked us out of our emails I ask another director to get her husband Matt Single to change the password so she couldn't do the same on the Mighty Network platform. I feel Mighty Networks is above my tech skills to get off the ground and so I need to cancel. We are a CIC and run solely by volunteers and have wasted about £1000 on monthly payments to the Mighty Network. I don't know if there is anyway we can get this back as you can see we have never used it and as a CIC we have charitable status. Everything we do is for the local community. Please do get back to me as soon as possible. Donna Mewit is the director that set it up and has promised for months to do something with it for the local community. I am the person on the bank account associated with the HOPE Sussex Network. With thanks, Katy-jo : )

Hi Mighty Networks I have a Community with Mighty Networks. I have been setting up and finding it difficult to setup my landing page. After entering my about information and there is no prompt button to save my changes, and it doesn’t save automatically. And is difficult to locate the premium plans. I need this fixed soonest my members are waiting. Thank you. Best regards Harrison
Just to add that this is on my iPhone.
I have been using Mighty Networks for ages with no problems. Yesterday the Mighty Networks screen went black. I've tried everything I can think of, but it won't work and stays blank.

This service used to be pretty good and support was right on top of things. It appears they have grown and bugs have worked their way into the network and support takes days to answer now. Push notifications are slow or don’t work at all now and there are bugs with posting times. You work hard to build your network only to let your subscribers down due to very poor buggy performance. The CEO manages to find plenty of time to post political statements on Twitter though while the network continues to let us down over and over again. Huge disappointment for us and we are looking elsewhere now.

This app needs major accessibility improvements. The developer keeps saying they are "noted feature requests". 25% of the country has a disability of some kind. I love the group I'm a part of, but it's almost impossible to use with Voiceover. It's an exercise in frustration and I'm an accessibility professional. I always reach out first because I don't think angry reviews are the best path to resolution but the lack of responsiveness over the past year-and-a-half I've been using it is unacceptable. Accessibility does not have to be hard. Accessibility is a right, not a "feature request". Do better.

The potential for a great APP is there, but as it stands, Mighty Network is confusing for the average user to use. Even advanced social media people are finding it difficult to navigate. That being said, I would not use it to replace my current social networks, and I would definitely NOT try to get my entire following on it. The frustration alone would get many people frustrated, and leave. It needs a lot of work and updates before I would trust it with my people. There’s also kinks when you register via FB, and then try to download your network to your app- there’s a disconnect.
