The service itself seems to be working well for us. GetAccept , on the other hand, needs work. Multiple crashes on iOS have been experienced by several people within our company. GetAccept should be better for the price being charged for the service.

Have tried many e-signing software and like this one because of the simplicity and the strong focus on deal-closing rather than just esigning.
