In my initial review, I wrote that I don't generally pay for games, but, after playing a few levels, I decided that I had to pay for this one. I was initially drawn in by a character that is cute and likable, but very quickly came to appreciate it for the endless possibilities (because of the possibility of creating your own levels or playing levels created by other users) and the fact that it takes up so little of the very limited space on my iPad. No timers, lives or ridiculous scoring systems, just a fun little game.

After spending some time playing the in-app levels and levels posted on Facebook, I started experimenting with creating my own levels. My initial hope was that I would create something challenging, but I found that I was more interested in the art and humor than in the game. I have created some truly amazing works of art (humorous performance art). I don't pay for games, but I went back and paid again for Mekorama , wishing that I could afford to pay more. It's a great game, but it's more than a game. There are some features that I would like it to have, but it is perfect as it is. I absolutely love Mekorama!

The little “oddlings” that you control take you many different places where you need to work through the many different mazes and collect the stars as you pass by. Some of these are “hair pullers”. Sometimes you are just looking at things from the wrong angles. I can’t really describe how this TOTALLY charming game hooks you right in. You will have to think outside the regular “box” you have. There are hints if needed and it is really engaging. I can not IMAGINE how you even craft a game like this. I am however so captivated that I hope will get a LOT more like this. As the game progresses you build upon the tricks you have learned and there are new “hair pulling levels” as you learn on the fly. Again, don’t panic…the hints are very well done. Thank you and next please. I have the family all buying a copy I liked it so much. We will have a three generation crew here soon. Don’t let the wonderful art fool you…they are going to twist your brain in a good way.

I went on google and searched best single player games for free,wanting to find games that will make me happy without having to have wi fi on,so some videos pooped up. I watched every one of them but all the games i saw were some fighting sh$& and "3D" action that wants to consume your time in a non relaxing way. Than i saw this game and the first thought of it was that i will get bored very soon, but on the other hand it remind me of an game called Machinarium( witch i really liked), so i gave it a try. After an hour passed i was on the half of the game and i was so impressed that i could not resist thinking and even planing/drawing my own levels. The thing is that it pulls every small piece and reaches very deep in the logic aspekt of your head,but keeps the entertaining level high. This game is not for everybody but if you would like to spend some time not only having fun but some what "traning your brain this is the right thing.

I never write reviews, but in this case the game is definitely worth my time to do so! A fun little puzzler with an endearing little robot to guide through isometric mazes, it feels a bit like a more whimsical, visually humorous Monument Valley. The robot is delightfully animated as a bit clumsy, complete with wobbles and flailing arms, and unlike MV, it is possible for our hero to fall off his puzzle and have to start a level over. The big difference here is that players can create their own levels and share them. I haven't tried this yet but I'm definitely looking forward to it! That the game is "pay-what-you-want" is an innovation in itself-- in a nice sidestep of the "freemium" model, payment is only required for level hints. It's absolutely worth whatever you choose to pay, but even if you can't, you can share something you've designed yourself for other users and pay it forward. I hope this game model catches on, and kudos to the dev for the idea as well as a well-designed diversion.

I downloaded this game because it said puzzle and it was free! I have had Mekorama for about a week and I've already finished all of the available levels which should tell you that this is an addicting game. I love how this game makes you think a lot while also having fun. Also I love the feature of creating your own level because it is a puzzle itself trying to figure out the level as you put it together and it really shows how much effort the developer put into making this game. The fact that the game gives you the option to pay is the best thing I've ever come across, I personally don't have money to just give to an app but if I did this would be the first one I'd give it to. I definitely support whoever made this game and am really hoping that they add more levels to it because I have already finished the ones that are there and I just want more. So thank you for creating such a quirky puzzle game that is absolutely addicting!

It wasn't a video game. It was a true puzzle game. Time and only a little dexterity didn't matter. I REALLY liked the pricing structure. More apps should use it. An added bonus is that there is a fan base out there and the game gives you a level creator. So in addition to the 50 included levels there are many fan designed ones that are free online. And simple to load. Just point the game's camera (only available after you pay) at your computer screen and hit the button. That's it and brilliant design.
Then I ran into the problem. The game only allows 3 unsolved levels. You can skip one that you can't do but then only have 2 to try. And it has sudden dexterity based levels. Video game style. You can know exactly what you need to do to solve a level but not be able to do it. Once you've skipped 2 dexterity levels and hit the 3rd, that's it.
Change that 1 feature and just be able to keep skipping levels and then it's 5 stars.

Because I'm old and play on my phone. I'm getting tired of having to get my friends' children to unlock levels for me.

This game did everything right. The gameplay is unique and is something that I have never seen before, payment is optional (I was happy to donate), there are no ads, and it is possible to play additional levels created by the community. Each level of the game is slightly different. Some levels rely on timing, others on logic, and others simply use creative thinking. The game starts with 50 levels, but users can also create and share levels with ease which provides great community based content. I played this game nonstop until I beat every single level and now I've moved on to playing community levels and building my own. I can tell that this game will stay on my phone for quite some time.

P.s. I have one recomendation that could make this game even better. Add some sort of system where user levels can be rated. I would love to see a Top 50 User Levels page where the best community levels are on some sort of scoreboard.

I am a huge fan of Odd Bot Out and was disappointed when I reached the last level. I even kept running to see if there were more surprises than the one.

This is like 3D Odd Bot Out with the puzzle/maze element of Monument (not the perception element). You can turn the structures and move certain tiles. The first few levels give you a false sense of ease. Ha! It definitely gets more difficult. I love tricky. The character is a more realistic metal version of Odd Bot Out.

Overall it is a great game. It is also really cool that the developer lets you choose to support him with your choice of payment. Which, as of right now begins with $0.99. It is easily a $4.99 game. However, you could keep playing as far as I could tell for a while before any pop-ups asking you to support would be annoying. I didn't see that because I wanted to support the developer and encourage him to keep creating games like this.

This game is super fun and addicting! It kept me up all night and it allows you to make your own levels!!! The best part is the challenge you have to go through and the satisfaction when you win. Can't stop playing and I felt the need to tell others how fun this game was, and I gave it a good five stars. The only review I ever wrote was for a restaurant and it wasn't positive, but this one, it's got me, I highly recommend this game and besides( since I don't have hot spots or data) it doesn't need wifi to play. Although the challenges are super fun, some got em frustrated 😆😑 sometimes you have to cheat a little and do things off the rules, especially like robo rally and think through, pro tip in mazes, use the backwards strategy, start from the win towards the robot. Any ways im not going to say anymore. Download the game and find out yourself! Lol and I actually deleted once😆😭 what's wrong with me that time😂

I don’t write reviews and I’m really picky when it comes to downloading a new game so I don’t have many. But I saw this game and it caught my eye so I downloaded it to see how it was. I’ve been playing it for about only an hour and I don’t think I’ve found a game that I’ve liked so much. It’s different from all of the other puzzle games out there and so much better. I love just about everything about it, especially the the silly graphics. You would think that a mobile game with graphics as good as this one has would lag or have adds or something that would be kinda frustrating but so far the only thing frustrating about it is that I can’t put it down. I wouldn’t normally pay for a mobile game, and now I’m a little disappointed that I don’t have any the money to support the creator because I really do love this game and would 10 out of 10 recommend to everyone.

This is a beautiful game! Expertly designed, perfectly thought out, and exquisitely executed! It is relaxing and fun as well as challenging and addictive! I almost bother to review games as I am never really sure what say. This game is worth not only reviewing but sharing with all of your friends and family. I can assure you, you can not possibly be disappointed if you download it. This is a great way to challenge yourself and your friends and family by creating your own puzzles and sharing them or seeing who can beat all the puzzles first. The music is relaxing without becoming annoying. The game play is smooth and the graphics are elegant. With three ways to enjoy the game it is a versatile app for everyone regardless of age or skill. I will definitely be putting money on Mekorama when I can afford to. It is worth more than most apps that want money up front. I absolutely LOVE this game!

I always seem to ignore the pop ups that say "please rate our app." But this game is so flawless that I just had to write this review. This is actually my first review for me to write one is a good thing. The first thing about this wonderful game is that it has no errors and it doesn't kick you out of Mekorama if you leave the game and go back. That seems to be a big problem with other games. The second reason why this game is so good is because it has lots of content and and different things such as the make make your own level and how you can get levels from online. The last and best trait of the game is THAT ITS FREE. Thats what makes the game so good. If I had to buy it I never would've thought about getting this app. So I never would have enjoyed this great game. And this is to the developers, please keep making more games like this and I will write more reviews. THANKYOU.

I appreciate Mekorama because it is a game that actually challenges your brain. It's different than all the various themes applied to bejeweled that don't challenge you at all. It is a little reminiscent of the Portal games, which are my favorite. There is one thing I would fix. I would like to be able to zoom in and scroll to the area where the little dude is. Right now you can zoom in but it takes you straight to the center of the structure and you can't move the screen to see the little dude, which isn't helpful at all. Also, I feel there should be some way to get a hint without paying real money because otherwise I'll get stuck and have to pay to proceed. Usually, apps that try to make me pay simply get deleted from my phone which is unfortunate because I really like this game and would like to continue playing it.

Recently I got tired of Playing call of duty over and over again. And so I searched up great puzzle games for iPhone cause I was in the mood for a puzzle game. That’s when this game was in that video, and I thought to myself “Might as well give it a shot@ and so I downloaded the game. I started playing and I was amazed that a game of this nigh quality was for free. And now about the puzzles. There were some spots in the game where I was honestly stumped. (I’m 14). These puzzles were made with actual time and dedication for fun not for money. Also the menu is slick and simple. I’m a big fan of this game and I hope they make more levels or games. And if they put this on switch for like $5. I would buy it, it’s that good. Thank you for anyone taking the time to read this. And I rate this game a 5/5

So, we (my kids and myself) love the game. We have been playing it off and on for quite a while. We paid for the game thinking all the games would would be playable without having to go in order. Like, for example, with a lot of similar puzzle games, level 8 might be more difficult than level 10. Is there a way to have all the cards/ levels available without having to go in order? My son is autistic and LOVES these kids of puzzles, but gets very discouraged (like anyone would) when he gets stuck and just wants to stop playing. Also, do you have plans to include more blocks or elements to the crafting card? My kids love building their own puzzles. We would like to keep playing and supporting! Please make more games 🙂

Since switching to iPhone, I've struggled to find anything free that didn't shove a ton of ads down my throat after each level. I was honestly beginning to lose hope in ever finding a game to kill time that didn't end up annoying me after three or four levels.

Then I came across a recommendation for this app. I'm glad I did, because this is one of the best puzzle games I've played on any platform. It's challenging when you least expect it and manages to make use of interesting movement mechanics that, while not always simple, are not overly complicated where it detracts from the overall enjoyment of the game.

Major kudos to the developer. I'm not willing to let Apple touch my money, but if you've got a Google Wallet address I can use, I'll gladly throw you a few dollars for this gem.

I really like this game it's sooo addicting and just now I downloaded it and if u didn't download this game u won't see any game like this so plz download it now so u don't feel guiltily and it's so fun to play this game and trust me u will like it when u play it, and u will play it every day cause u will be addicted to it just like me, and tell all of ur friends and family to download it so u have fun playing with them and u can have a challenge the one who finish the level first he/she is the winner. U won't get bored from this game because there loads of levels to play an finish and when ur bored then just play it. In the end I want to tell u that u should download this game, trust me because it's free and addictive and u will be obsessed with it, so download it now.👍❤️

I love the main game emensely. Fun, addictive, and hard. But I love something else a little more...

The level creator mode. I just lose myself for hours trying to create my own puzzles! But there are a couple things that need to be added/tweaked to make this perfect.
1. Free Camera:
Like in the game, the creator mode has a camera that locks into all four corners of the map. I would appreciate it greatly if I could spin the camera around freely.
2. AI improvements:
These little AI robots in the game stumble around too much. If one goes through a narrow hall way, it stumbles down. It just needs to walk a little smoother.
3. Win block:
I am in the process of building a level where the win block you have to step on to complete the level is on top of a red robot's head. But because the red robot stumbles around, the win block will scrape agianst the walls and activate without the player stepping on it. I feel like the win block should only be activated by a robot with an eye stepping on it.
4. More textures:
From what I have seen so far, what people have been able to create with this tool looks stelar! But my mind can't help but think of the possibilities if you could place down say, a wood textured block, or a block of every color in the rainbow that you could replace for the stone block.

If these things are added, you've got yourself a perfect game!

It's hard to put in to words exactly how great this game makes me feel.. It's relaxing, challenge ramps up impressively as you go. The sound and level design are very immersive, and the pay model is brave and rewarding! I didn't have much money when picking this up, but I'm having so much fun that I think I will go back and buy in at a higher tier. Thing is, this pay model makes me feel good for being able to offer something modest while it's all I have, but I know I can come back and give more to this generous developer as I continue to enjoy this total gem of a puzzle game. Thank you for making this an all around outstanding experience, from pay model to the open community created levels this game truly shines! My hat off to you sir!!

This game is vary fun and challenging. There are a lot of levels that are waiting for you to solve. Then once you’ve Solved all the levels you can create your own level and play in your own level. One of the best feature is that this game has is no ads that will ruin the experience , but it’s always trying to get you to pay what it’s worth or write a review which is better than ads in your face.
But after a while it gets a bit boring, even after you went online
and scanned QR codes for new levels to play. Maybe add a few different colored blocks to brighten the levels,(just my small thought).But that’s a bit of a stretch to add new content just for a review. Overall the game is great.
