Wrong order was delivered so I contacted support. The answer was “we will contact you within 2 business days”. Whaaaat?? This is trivial matter, just return money to customer and apologize. That’s horrible customer support, waste of my time

Apparently, yandex is a circus and its security team are clowns, as all of the data including names, phones, full addresses and 6 months worth of order data for all users has been stolen and published on the internet. DO NOT USE

It took 30 min for Syrovarnya to make my pizza. The courier picked it up and headed to the Metro. I will get it only in 54 minutes. Not good.

We missed a call from them and were waiting for the delivery but absolutely no status change was shown in YandexEats . Later we decided to call them back, being 100% sure that the call wasn’t important. But they answered that ‘the order was suspended because we didn’t confirm it’. If it work only on phone, than don’t pretend to be an app. Otherwise, talk to us via app.
Disappointed to loose so much time because of this.

Итак, мерзкий Яндекс слил ВСЮ информацию о моих заказах, включая: фамилию, имя, отчество, адрес проживания, имейл, телефон, потраченные суммы. Сервисами Яндекса не буду пользоваться больше НИКОГДА.

Много маленьких деталей, первый заказ сделать очень сложно. Нет помощи где что выбирать.
Время доставки меняется там же, где указывается адрес. Адрес вряд ли будет меняться так часто, но всегда надо помнить, что время указывается там. Поменять время доставки при оплате уже нельзя? Серьезно? Очень удобно.
Один промо код за раз? Серьезно? Супер удобно. Промо-кода тратятся на оплату доставки?

Wrong order was delivered so I contacted support. The answer was we will send the money back we are not sure what happened what will i do the money if im waiting food for hours already food was fuckin cold and also wrong order what will i do the money she was like order it again really do you think im dumb they will take the delivery also that they can make money already they are not paying good to the workers also what a shame company
