I’m cancelling my subscription E edition and having trouble doing it through your website do you have a phone # I can and talk to someone direct?
My computer is fine. I shouldn't have to pay to CANCEL my digital subscription! Please call me...740-382-1700. Thanks!
Cancel my esubscription! NOW I'm not going to pay to have it cancelled.
I have not been able to access the Dispatch e edition for 3 days!! I have emailed twice, with a reply but no results! WHAT in the world is going on there?? I cannot believe a major daily U.S. paper has such a problem AND that it hasn’t been fixed yet!! Absolutely unacceptable! When this has all been resolved, I will be asking for a reimbursement of all of my missing days.

The prior Dispatch app was time tested and worked for everyone.
The new "improved" app is a disaster. It appears to have been introduced for no reason other than that some administrative wonk wanted a new one. Essentially every change is for the worse. I've literally found nothing that enhances reading or makes navigating the paper easier. Every facet of reading the daily paper is now less convenient and works more poorly. I gave it two stars only because, with increased effort and maddening frustration and with decreased enjoyment, it is, at least, still possible to get from page 1 to the end. This app should make the Dispatch organization hang its collective head in shape -- so stupid!

The app does allow me to effectively read the newspaper on my iPad. In the reader mode (that shows a page view on the left and the selected article on the right) there are some odd artifacts in the article. It doesn’t format the article well, which can lead to some confusion at times. Also, it always imbeds any photo or graphic at the end of the article and can treat the caption oddly. Keep improving!

I like the e-edition of the dispatch. Provides me the convenience of electronic access but a familiar analog format. Even there I get a format that looks analogue but as I select articles the format changes to expand the article and make it easy to read. This is a 4.5 star rating. The Dispatch continues to tweak here and there to improve stability and if you select an article via a cont…page you don’t see the full article, just the part that was put on another e-page. Not a big deal but needs correct. I start my day as I have for many years, opening up the paper on my tablet though instead of reaching for the paper on the front porch. I will say that with the digital subscription I also get access to the mobile application and get breaking news throughout the day. Good value!
