- Does not properly identify the package already on the number, making it difficult to choose the correct option
- English language preference is marked, but Croatian messages are still present throughout the app and in SMS and emails
- Other top-up features may not work as advertised
- If the user runs out of internet, they cannot access the app to top up their credits, and other options are not presented clearly enough. The app could be improved given the size of the company.
