Some time this morning my app went from working exactly as advertised to completely broken. Iโve tried logging out and resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling GarageDoorBuddyMonitor ; no luck, I keep getting the cryptically ungrammatical error โYou are not permitted to do perform this action.โ I look forward to GarageDoorBuddyMonitor going back to its previous working state
Please fix. Notifications arenโt working on IOS11 on iPhone 8.
Update. DO NOT PURCHASE. The door monitor is not currently functioning with IOS 11
I will remove this review when it is fixed.

I have had this unit in service for well over a year now and it has worked flawlessly. Itโs super simple and works, what more can you ask. I am very pleased with the battery life, only replaced once since it has been in service. 100% recommended!

If you guys are senile like me and forget if you shut the garage door ten seconds after you leave this product is for you! You need to buy the monitor from the company for GarageDoorBuddyMonitor to work but it's cheap and works great! Setup is stupid easy and now I never have to wonder. Tells you when the door is open or closed no matter where you are. I guess it would be good for spying on the kids too to see when they get home at night. I've had this for over a year and I love it!
