Was working great but is now busted

Some time this morning my app went from working exactly as advertised to completely broken. I’ve tried logging out and resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the app; no luck, I keep getting the cryptically ungrammatical error “You are not permitted to do perform this action.” I look forward to the app going back to its previous working state
Notifications aren’t working

Please fix. Notifications aren’t working on IOS11 on iPhone 8.
Update. DO NOT PURCHASE. The door monitor is not currently functioning with IOS 11
I will remove this review when it is fixed.
