Every time you try to use Kids club reservation, you have to fill all the details again and again. This takes so much of time. If I already have added details of my kids why do I need to submit all the details again.

Also there are no details of personal training programs in EōSFitness . You cannot View, Schedule or Cancel training program from app.

Everything is manual in EoS. EōSFitness is a joke.

Giving one star due to the new childcare sign up EŌS put in place during COVID. Ridiculous. Have been unable to workout many times due to the limited space and availability they now have. Going to be even more of an issue when I have another child. Then gave me some paperwork today too to fill out for my toddler for the first time ever and it is intrusive and asking totally unnecessarily questions regarding private matters.

EōSFitness doesn’t display the class schedule. Only one in a long list of EOS issues, and the gym hasn’t even opened yet! Months of delays in opening, a few false emails telling us to come to the gym to get our cards followed immediately by “oops, we got ahead of ourselves, not yet!” emails, then an email today that said “Download EōSFitness to see the classes for this week, the gym is opening at 6 a.m. Thursday!” But EōSFitness says it can’t show the schedule, and the website doesn’t have the schedule either. Given the other reviews on here saying the classes fill in less than a minute after becoming available on EōSFitness , I don’t have high hopes.

I downloaded EōSFitness to join a challenge through my EOS location, and was excited to take part, and have extra encouragement to be active at home. However, it soon became apparent that though EōSFitness says Fitbit is compatible, it would accept it only for regular workouts and not for the challenge. Some sort of error in the eos app system prevented it from adding my distances, though my Fitbit has it all. Contacting customer service was a waste of time because they think their app is infallible and it must be user error or another app’s fault. Uninstalled.

More often than not it won’t display same day class schedules, and not at all for the closest gym to my place. I reinstalled EōSFitness a couple times but just turn to the website now, defeating the purpose of EōSFitness . The way you cycle through different locations in town is also a pain. Would be great if I could just select the class I want and see which locations from my favorites offers that class. Wouldn’t make a difference ‘til the first issue is fixed. At best this is just an alternative to having the card on my keychain.

EōSFitness has updated in the last week or so and it’s awful. When EōSFitness is working the classes are grouped together from all my favorites and it’s annoying because I know the classes and locations and just use it to register for often sold out classes, but that’s not the real problem... most of the time it doesn’t work at all and I just get the spinning thinking things and have to log in on the website which defeats the total purpose of EōSFitness . I love EOS, but the update was unnecessary and annoying.

Barcode is not working. I’ve been trying to email support people, got one reply from Liuba Morarescu (Fitness App Support), she said she fixed the problem. I tried EōSFitness and pressed the Barcode, still not working. I emailed her so many times, never heard from any of the Fitness App support. In the first and only email I received from them, they mentioned a “real person” will call me and will fix the problem. That never happened. I never received miss calls. I will delete EōSFitness on my phone and will never recommend this to my friends.

The EōS app is hot garbage. Nothing against the gym itself, I’m happy to be a member, but EōSFitness is generally useless. It’s a slow, buggy mess, and there’s no way to update any personal information on EōSFitness , not even a way to change payment cards. There isn’t even a way to contact anyone for help through EōSFitness . The website is unfortunately just as bad for different reasons, so I’ll have to go speak to a rep in person to make any edits to payment info, address, etc. EōSFitness could really use some updates. It does display your barcode for signing in pretty well, but that’s about it.

Don’t update EōSFitness and force an update cutting off access for me to easily log in at the gym and go workout. No one, including the front desk guy wants half asleep awkward complaints cause my usual routine is disrupted and now he has to key in my phone number. Update EōSFitness , as you like, just never remove the functionality to use the service.

Signing up for child care is not great. You have to put in all your information- Name, email, phone number, access number, pickthe location and club.... before you can even see if there is availability on the calendar and most of the time there is not. :( then you have to go back and do it for a second child and sometimes you can’t book them for the same time slot. Being able to see what time slots and how many available spots upfront would be really nice. Especially if I’m trying to sign up for a class too. Only complaint. The rest of it is great!

I would give 5 stars if the kids club section were able to auto-fill and if you knew if your time was available before you started the long process. It is the main reason I use EōSFitness . It is a very long process to fill out all your information. And when you are going through it, you don’t even know if the time you need is available. I hope this is a simple fix. I’d love to change my review.

It’s good to see the classes around, but when you try to book a class, it just shows that it is thinking about something and you can’t take any action while it does that and then the class is fully booked once it finally stops thinking about it. And even though it started with me pushing the book class button, it doesn’t give me a spot and just says o spots left.

I like EōSFitness but recently started participating in the challenges and noticed it doesn’t always track check ins at the gym for challenges. At first I wondered if my app just wasn’t scanning at the front desk but the area in my app that shows the check in history will be correct but the challenge will just not count it and remain stuck on the same number of check ins.

Just joined two weeks ago, so far since attending the Staff is great, everyone very friendly and helpful. The classes are fun and instructors are helpful and not boring at all. As for the machines, not enough available, at time I will have to wait for someone to finish their sets. Just need more machines. Women’s locker rooms are clean and so is the whole gym, that I see so far.

It would be nice to see the open daycare slots before you have to enter in all the child/member information. State..gym..show times then pick and enter. Right now you have to enter all
You info before you can even see the slots (or lack there of).

I would give EōSFitness a 5 star, however when I try and schedule my reservation for my son to go to the childcare area I have to go through the long process of entering my agreement number every single time without knowing what’s available, then sometimes when I get to the part that has the openings I will see something that works with my schedule so I’ll try and click it and it will notify me that the spot has been taken. Sometimes it won’t allow me to schedule anything at all although it shows as being available even after reopening EōSFitness and refreshing the page.

EōSFitness gives you the option to sign up and a check in at the gym. Pick the location that’s near you and you have the opportunity to use the gym whenever you like. During these times, there must be a mask present. There is also a check in history to let you know when you got to work out. You can check in the gym for classes or check it on EōSFitness . Overall, I really like EōSFitness and it makes a huge difference when you want to get involved and motivated at the gym. EōSFitness includes having a EoS store so instead of buying at the gym, you can buy online. This makes a lot more easier when the gym is open 24/7. This depends on what location you’re currently living in. I highly suggest using EōSFitness to keep tabs when going to the gym.

That feature alone makes going to the gym a lot easier. Would love to see a feature where I can see the crowd status of them gym (like locations in Google maps), which would help me make a decision on when I’d go.

EōSFitness - and gym and staff, for that matter - have been more than welcoming to me as a beginner to fitness. The staff never make me feel silly for asking questions, and every class I’ve been to has encouraged me to go try another!

I love that EōSFitness allows me to book classes directly, log workouts, and even get in touch with my personal trainer.

I joined EōS for the cost and convenience but the culture and staff are what keeps me around

I created an account through EōSFitness after creating one with my gym. It worked once, but after switching to a new phone, I can no longer sign in. It says the email or barcode is in use when I try to create a new account, but then it says that email/barcode is not in use when I try forgot password/ID. Please correct this so that the 3rd party app is updated to match login info for the gym itself.

EōSFitness is horrible. It takes forever to load, doesn’t display the correct information, the function don’t work most of the time, and whoever developed the didn’t features didn’t even make sure the entire image was visible on EōSFitness . I seriously hope the get some better developers involved who can produce an app that functions correctly and is able to do what it was developed for.

I would give EōSFitness a 5 star rating except it seems so have a glitch in the system that can make it miss recording workouts and check ins at the desk. It can be very annoying to miss those check ins when you have joined a Challenge. I love the up to date class schedule it even tells you if some one is subbing for your class and who that sub is. I really like the idea of the challenges if the recording was more accurate. I really like I can use my phone to check since I don’t always drive to the gym. I would love to have a nutrition tracker built in EōSFitness that would subtract out the calories burned in my workout. Also being able to set up alert like reminders to drink water would be super cool.

It is a user friendly app. Wish they would change the color of the class you are scheduled for on the class list. So you can quickly see that you put a reminder/signed up for the class.

I think the only complaint I’ve had since I became an EOS member is that I really don’t have any, lol. The first time I was like wow not the best customer service has been at the new location on Ray and Cooper. But I know those few staff members aren’t a reflection of the EOS staff that I’ve encountered in the past two years.

EōSFitness is awesome!!! U can do everything from EōSFitness, record workouts, book classes, check in and manage your account. It's easy and works great!!! The gym is always clean and everything is up to date and it is actually FUN to go!!! 🙌

I really enjoy using EōSFitness. You’re able to look at different EOS gym and see what classes are available, so that way I’m able to fit into my schedule. It’s easy to use as well.

I love their facility I love the staff there are kind sweet and very professional they really take care of me when I’m there the girls and the boys I love them very much like family and also that was the place to find a lot of friends in my Zumba classes I love it😇💃💃💃💃💃💃

Easy to use. I wish there was a station to clock out- a lot of people forget to do it manually. I like that we can see other member’s workouts- it creates accountability.

EōSFitness keeps me going. I choose different classes, sometimes I don’t make it but the reminders in my calendar helps me stay on track.

Super easy and fun to navigate sign up for classes whenever and scroll through them to see what I want whenever Thanks I love it !!!
