Great game but needs fixed!
I do love this game. It’s almost the only game I ever play. I’ve been playing for over 3 years now and of course it’s got glitches and issues sometimes, but when I’m paying for things on this game, I don’t expect or appreciate being closed out of the game right before receiving my awards and advancements. Also, when you make a bonus match during a tile game with the wicked witch, you’re suppose to continue with your turn until you can no longer make a bonus match. Why is the witch taking my turns when I’m about to win?? I do not understand that. It clearly says “bonus - keep going” but instead of letting me take my next turn, the witch proceeds to take it from me. I’ve had the game long enough to know this should not be happening so please fix this issue. It’s rather annoying and if it doesn’t change soon, I’ll no longer make purchase (and I make plenty) and I’ll just delete the game and spend my money on a better designed game. I’m currently on level 3,120 and 522 in the Legends Division. I’d hate to lose all I’ve built up over the last few years but I won’t continue to pay money to a game that’s cheating me out of it. Finicky love affair with this game...
When I first started playing I was blown away by the graphics, the bonuses, the tidbits and absolutely loved everything about this game. Being the “rabid Oz fan” that I am I knew this game could either be fabulous or a flop. Once I got deep into the game I wasn’t as enthusiastic, as with any game it seemed you had to pay to play, then the whole thing crashed so I didn’t play for quite some time. Everything got repaired and it was fun again...until the developers decided to try a “reboot” and everything became too cost prohibitive...so, thankfully, they changed back to the old format. Now, it seems there are bugs again and I may quit playing altogether! For a month now I’ve tapped on the bonuses and sat through a 30 second ad only to get shafted and not receive anything! After reaching top tier and doing everything I’m supposed to, I get demoted 3 levels within days! Boo-hiss developers! AND, when I indulged and paid for a $5.99 package I was charged DOUBLE! Noooo, bad game! Bad! I’ve gone over some bank records and it seems this has happened a few times! Again, boo-hiss developers!

Great game
Been playing for many years. On level 4248; and 64+ on legions. I have not paid one penny on the game. (Sorry game people, on fixed income.) So those who pay, sorry for you. I only have one issue. I play on iPhone and iPad. Since your update, my iPad doesn’t get me watch video to get 3 more moves, like my iPhone does. And the iPad has the next 2 or 3 weeks open,iPhone doesn’t. And really not and issue ( I like free life hours) cause I am on my 4th day of the 7th day bonus getting2 hrs free lives. Lol I have played candy crush, and all it’s other versions, other match 3 games. But this is the only match three I play. Deleted all the others. Even though the train of monkey guard’s, and Wizard are annoying during play, I turn it down. Lol. Great game. I have deleted oz and going to reinstall it to see if the bugs go away. If not I will update you. Thank you for a great game. Update. Reinstalling did not help. 🤷♀️. Next 2 weeks on iPad still open, closed on iPhone. Still no extra 3 moves If you watch a video. 🤷♀️. But still a great game.
