Im writing this review so Individuals can see the scam involved with this developer, Firstly i dowloaded this game for both my daughter they love it and enjoy playing it problem is once they get into the game they come to me for more ponies I found out that the only real way to play this game is to spend 15$ to unlock all ponies I unfortunately did not take my own advice and read other reviews and now I have two daughters who want me to pay for a game they love now dont get me wrong I have no problem spending money so they can play dont even care about spending 30$ problem I have is the scam no where does the game say its a trial no where does the game say its a demo it is set up to make you believe its a standard app that may have purchases but is still playable without purchasing items when I open it just to realize they only let you play for a few min then charge you for the game they should have stated this from
The get go they scam us by using vulnerable children having parents download a game for the child who clearly knows nothing about value or ethics all they see are pretty ponies and they prey on the fact that most parents want to make their children happy so they just purchase it on my opinion the best way they could achieve this is give a demo version but clearly stat you need to pay for a full version stop preying on innocent children to sell a game.

My daughters (ages 5, 7, and 13) were obsessed with this game when I downloaded it. I was enjoying watching them actually have something they could all 3 play together without trying to murder each other, but just a few hours in they come to me asking for permission to buy more ponies. I was going to do it until I actually got on MyLittlePony to purchase them, and I saw the price. I choked on my coffee, decided its entertaining to watch my daughters fight sometimes, and bought a puppy instead! No way am I paying $15 for something that according to reviews was getting complaints when you were charging $10, and according to others only takes a few hours to complete. Are you seriously so greedy that you are going to raise your price by 50% instead of listening to your customers? You will not be getting my business! I can assure you of that! I’d much rather enjoy my coffee while my daughters fight over who gets to hold the puppy, and who’s turn it is to clean up the mess it left.

Our experience was just like many other reviewers. My kids got obsessed with My Little Pony and saw there was a game. We download the game, they love it. Half an hour in, they want to pay to unlock the other ponies. I look to see how much more content they’re getting if we do that, and it’s no way worth $15. Cue the kids freaking out because the game, what little they got to play anyway, was legitimately fun. 40 minutes of getting everyone calmed down later, trying to explain how to think about valuing content to a 4 year old and a 6 year old, and I felt like writing a review to voice my frustration as a parent.
This brings me to the title of the review: try putting the game out there for $15, but with the first few levels as a “free trial.” If that’s not a feasible model because people wouldn’t be ok with it at $15 bucks, then maybe your product isn’t worth $15 bucks, and making a kids game that they can’t play most of without paying the $15 and hiding that fact behind a few playable levels is deceptive and exploitative. I won’t let my kids download any more Budge games because I am so turned off by this experience.

My daughter saw this game on an ad and begged for it! I downloaded it and she played it for less than 1 hour before she came to me asking me to buy her more ponies. I went to look to see how much it was and if I thought it could be played without paying and if I liked it enough to purchase it for her. I saw the $10 price tag and was dumbfounded. So I went to try to play it to see what the hype was about and to see why it cost so much. Unfortunately I was unable to even replay the beginning to see if it was a good game because it was stuck on the part where you have to pay to do anything. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this game unless you want your child to be disappointed like mine,that she can no longer play the game she wanted, without paying an unreasonably high price for it. I couldn’t even recommend it if the price were lower because I couldn’t even play it myself to test it.

I downloaded this game because I have used to play it when I was younger, and now I remember the reason why I stopped playing the game was because I had to buy 3 other ponies just to continue playing. It shouldn't cost money just to BUY three other ponies. To make the game easier and NOT SPEND MONEY, is to atleast do quests or quizzes to UNLOCK the ponies. NOT SPEND $15 JUST FOR THREE OTHER PONIES TO CONTINUE THE GAME. There are some other kids and people who enjoy your game but you’re charging us money JUST to play the game. The game should be free for others to enjoy so they don’t have to complain about YOUR MONEY SCAMS. You should notice by now that you have many complaints, why not follow them and change your game? If people have already bought ponies, you should give them their money back because this is unacceptable. If you know that you cannot change the game, you shouldn’t have charged us money in the first place.

MyLittlePony has good quality animations but considering all the levels are the same thing over and over again (when it says you can play mini games rather than the same quests over and over) I wouldn’t pay for it. And instead of allowing the old levels to replay it just leaves you stuck unable to play at all without dishing out payment (which is WAY over priced btw).

Considering “play as your favorite ponies” is written down that part should be free anyways and payment should be optional for purchasing side character ponies or additional cutscenes because what you get for free isn’t exactly new at the end of every level.

Definitely do not recommend installing unless you’re fine with uninstalling and reinstalling just to play the beginning levels again (not that anything changes through the levels other than the window pieces being put back).

budge is a money grabbing company and ill explain why. budge makes parents give the company more money just for their kid to have fun. for example, the game only throws 3 ponies at you and thats it. if you want more ponies you need to pay them 10 dollars for one. seriously, 10 dollars? i could go to my local plaid pantry, buy an oreo milkshake and a strawberry smoothie and 3 candies and still have fun, because i spent my money wisely. also you have no choice to pay because it needs 4 ponies for one quest. and it only throws 3 ponies at you. you need to buy the other ponies if you wanna keep playing the game and have “fun”. honestly this is the worst money grabbing company ive seen. do not recommend playing, it makes you pay the company. in my opinion it could be sued. watch out, budge.

PRO TIP BUDGE: dont be greedy. make games less expensive and you will get happy players and good reviews. you cant ignore thre fact that children arent happy with what your doing. kids are sad, parents are mad. fix it.

I want to love this game but I can’t because I can’t fully play it with out buying a subscription I’m really sad cause I love my little pony but I can’t play a lot of quest because there locked it’s pure greed and totally unnecessary I would get small payments for small features but to play as fluttershy and quest? It’s totally unfair especially with the game it is which I would look past if it wasn’t a subscription based game the games quest that I’ve played are repetitive and you hear the same voice lines over and over again. Again I wouldn’t have a problem with this if it was a free or one payment game but come on they couldn’t at least get some of the voice actors to cameo on this? I would pay $4 maximum for all the stuff it’s trying to charge for and it would be a one time payment cause that’s what it’s worth. Don’t play unless your ready to pay.

i know you need all the money to design the game,
but when the game says you need a character, it costs money! 15$ Infact! all im asking you is to make it cheaper, like 99 cents or 2.99
Or 1.99! Stop making it so expensive! I spended all my life savings on this scam game! Please make it cheaper I tell you! Then more parents can get it for their child and then the child will be happy!
But if you leave it expensive then when the child wants it or needs it, the parents can’t get it because it’s wasting money! Do you know parents use that money to buy food and water and clothes? Wasting money on a kids game is just like wasting money on a small toy that costs 15$ This is basically a pay-to-win game. Please fix this I tell you, and if you don’t. I could literally report this game. I don’t even consider this a kids game anymore.

First thing first, 15 FRIKING $?!?!?! Do you just want 💰?!?!?! For a 10 year old girl,boy am I 😡! I have 🥺 my parents but even though I finally completed the friking game my parents are probably reluctant on wasting 15 $ for me to finish a friking game. I AM HALF TEMPTED TO TELL PEOPLE THAT BUGDE JUST WANTS💰!!!! I HAAAAATE THIS GAME! And I love all your games but you had soooo many complaints at 10 $ and up you go to 15 $ not even caring about other people and how they would react, suggestion take it down to 5 $ then there wouldn’t be so many bad comments and ratings. You want more of that 4 5 star reviews and more nice and happier comments and not so much bad comments? THEN TAKE DOWN the FRIKING PRICE. And also put in more to the game after queen chrysalis is deafeated. Oh and one more thing how about you don’t make the final boss so easy make it so you have to stone her to weaken her and then take down the platform underneath her. The game needs major work, and I don’t care if your development agency runs out of money cuz this is really bad

So it’s been a while since I have played this game, so I started playing for a day and then I have to buy a pony just to continue the game. I even just started the game and I need four ponies and I wish you guys can PLEASE fix this problem. I remember, this was the reason why I stopped playing. Buying should be optional it should not be to continue the game or to to a mission by buying a pony. You only get three ponies at the start but a while ago, that’s not what I pretty much remember. If you read this, I sure am going to be glad if you fix this and make it optional to pay, It’s not letting me play the game unless I buy a pony. You get three ponies at the start, but then during the early times of the games, you need four for a mission and you will have to order and pay money to proceed the game. Please fix this and get it so I can continue the game peacefully without playing. It would be a major difference to the game and I think more and more people would start paying if we did not add ordering to access more of the game by buying a pony. So please change this. I can no longer play this game anymore and I really want to continue!

I’m a kid under the age of 18 not to be specific, and I know why should I be writing like come on your basically a kid! Well I know but I need to tell parents and other kids about this, ok it’s pretty good don’t get be wrong but you have to pay 15 dollars!? For a game! I know budge needs money to keep making games but 15 dollars!? No unacceptable! Unless your like me erasing them like me and downloads them again to play the same level 100 times just to entertain yourself then don’t get it and PLEASE

DONT PAY FOR THE OTHER PONIES
I know my little pony is a big hit and your kids are gonna be mad they don’t get to finish the level but don’t download it in the first place, but some of the other games are pretty good, like I just downloaded a few right now! But some (all of them) have in game purchases and once your down with a pet or somthing you’ll always have to pay to continue playing! So let your kid play Roblox or somthing, worried about there safety? Play Animal Jam a very and I mean VERY protected game with barely any in game purchases and you don’t need to pay to play.

Budge? Pls fix this, they are really good games
But some people won’t pay and can’t finish the game
It’s very disappointing pls fix it

I liked the way the game was set up. It had really good animation and the way it was made is incredible. But, I finished the free part of the game in 30 minutes. If your tactic is to get people to pay to continue, they will just delete MyLittlePony . I don’t know exactly how these things work, but if people getting then deleting MyLittlePony gets you money, just make them have it for longer. I suggest getting rid of the pay to win feature and make it more enjoyable for the people playing it: kids. They deserve to have a game that brings them joy, and taking that away will just make them run away from your games and go to different games. I hope you change this feature, but if you don’t, I understand. Thank you for your consideration in reading this.

I really enjoy playing this game—it’s so much fun to explore the world and use my favorite characters like Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie! The graphics are beautiful, and the gameplay is creative.

However, it’s really frustrating that some characters are locked behind a paywall. It makes it hard to complete certain quests, especially when I don’t have enough characters to continue. I understand the need to fund updates, but it would be great if there were ways to unlock characters for free, like through events, rewards, or achievements.

I hope the developers consider making it easier to access all the characters, as it would make the game more enjoyable for long-time fans like me!”

I get it today about it. I not going to delete the game and play so crazy, I am kinda confused about it. Budge remove the ads pls, kids getting frustrated about this. pls I want to update your game there no update any your game. Some bugs around, Ahhhh! K I got an Pinkie Pie, Apple Jack, and Princess Twilight Sparkle. Sounds it’s an half of 6 pretty interesting. I always getting fake ads, pls remove your ads any game, I just want an new pony pls, i didn’t pay about it. You have an 50%/ 99% chance to get an free Princess Twilight Sparkle. I love it! Scams ahhh!

Now this game is so fun! Don’t believe me download it yourself it’s very consistent fun and simple, unlike other games I have try’s to play were it’s just to complicated. Not to many adds ether seems to be a great company in general recommend to all.

Now this game is just unfair so many little kids are going to want to play this game but their parents don’t let them buy all they characters for theses OUTRAGEOUS PRICES and UNFAIRNESS you pretty much have to pay to win at a certain point you have to but 3 other ponies which doesn’t seem right. As well as at a certain point all you’ll think about is how unfair this game is but how much you still want to play it 10/10 don’t recommend. P.S I just said those things because I want the company to see this definitely try to fix this.

I’m not gonna lie I like this game I like the Graphics and I like the way that you can choose you ponies to go get pieces from the stained glass and elements of harmony your game is great! Don’t mind that I’m playing this as a 8 year old boy cause we all know boys can watch the show right? Anyway I don’t like the fact that people say “that’s garbage” and “ This game is ridiculous” I asked my dad and he bought for me on my birthday he didn’t even complain not even a little bit mad! So I seriously doubt this bad!!!

MyLittlePony is so cool and amazing and I love ponies and unicorns and Pegasus and unicorns, besides, Spike needs to be in MyLittlePony. And sunset is getting a YAA. So what? that is so cool. I need to buy it all. you are just like one dollar or something so can you make it into one dollar or two dollars or three? Maybe you need a little expedition or something like that. and anyway at the mane five from generation five for free. and five more stain glasses, please 🙏 what about generations 1 2 and 3 because I would never ever get to see them here so can you add the generations past and future to the final battle with Queen Chrysalis pretty please? by the way, I want Misty to be playable. let’s make that update fair and square.

I love harmony quest and rainbow runners I have some other suggestions for future apps if they’re not already in the making just like you guys had were chrysalis had destroyed the window and they had to put it back together what is Sombra was back in the game and the crystal heart was destroyed but unlike harmony quest it’s like rainbow runners and you have to dodge obstacles but you can use multiple ponies to get the pieces of the crystal heart before that land freezes over that’s just one villain of a thought TREC could be another suggestion and what if you tried adding in starlight glimmer for some fun these are just suggestions I hope you take them into consideration thank you bud studios you make a lot of things fun for me and a lot of other users I’m sure
