So I noticed someone said this game was to hard. But here’s the thing, if you save your gems up you can get a legendary (most powerful) character with a 100% chance of success! How many games do that!
Most games have a “chance”, this game throws that system out and just has a set gem price for each class. Awesomeness abounds!

If you get a character you already have then they level up, as well as giving you bits and gems. And the free gifts you can get every 4 hours are actually good! Yes you read that right, this game dose make you wait 24 hours or even 12, it’s every 4.

One piece of advice for players, when doing a bit of grinding to level up your characters, go for the levels the most chests, they can sometimes give you gems. . . Yes, this game let’s you get gems by just playing it. You don’t get them fast, but it’s noticeable and extremely nice for people who can’t afford to buy them. Basically, the game rewards you for for playing it. Which is something I really like to see!

One suggestion I have would be to let people spend gems to rank up a character. Some people are big fans of certain characters and would love to be able to use them though the whole game.

Also I love the idea of adding a nemesis group as suggested by a different user.

I think she should be in this game and mabye added to residents of ponyvile and her power is a campus and it lands a campus on the board she is a orange typed pony last suggestion #3 Swirl ball! she was viewed in an episode but her power is healing swirl she makes a big swirl healing any pony that has the most damage. Pros
-Unique gameplay, I know this style has been done to death but what makes this interesting is that you get 3 ponies you can use that have different abilities. Also that there are no turns but rather a timer and you can “shoot” for as long as you you have time.
-Fun to collect Ponies, while it is rather difficult to obtain them, the pocket ponies are fun to collect and it’s exciting to get them.

Cons
-Very Grindy, you will have to replay levels 10-20 times at some points to make progress.
-Gems are overpriced, $1 for 10 really isn’t that much when you consider the in game prices and they are hard to get through gameplay.
-Hard to collect ponies, there are three ways to get ponies, you can get a loot box containing one for your fifth free gift, you can spend gems, or you can progress in the game. Progressing in the game won’t give you a lot and waiting for the gift is tedious so that leaves you having to pay with you’re precious gems. In addition you can even get the same ponies twice which stinks because while you do get a nice wad of cash it’s not worth what you could of gotten.
IM CURRENTLY STUCK, due to level restrictions I can only use one of my ponies and I can’t find any other ponies that fit I can use. And the difficulty to find new ponies is not making this easier as I will have to find another pony that fits the level requirements and then grind out to get it high enough level.

I used to love this game when it first came out. Now I have decided to come back several years later but it seems to break constantly to the point where I have to shut down MyLittlePonyPocketPonies and reboot it in order to fix the issue. Some of the issues I'm facing are getting stuck talking to an NPC because the back button doesn't work at all, and another issue is my main character (I selected Sandbar) is displaying as different characters randomly (it made me play as Ember for some reason). Another issue is that my tutorial got interrupted and it forced me into a further level since I accidentally clicked on it, so I seem to have completely missed the "how to play" portion of the game due to it breaking with the issues I mentioned earlier.

I'm not really sure what's wrong, and I know this game was amazing 5/5 in the past but with it being so busted and unplayable now I wonder if the devs have neglected it?

I love this game it’s fun but why didn’t give it five stars because if you want to like oh your favorite character and you think it should be leveled up RV the best why I know you can’t really change that but I think that you should make a favorite character list where you can submit your favorite characters and if they’re like really terrible characters like a background character or something you can make it a little bit higher or I don’t know I’m just throwing that out there but other than that I think it’s cool there’s another game like this that cost money and well I don’t like spending money so that’s cool and other than that it’s pretty good for a my little pony game

Another update and you still hijack my sound. I would have loved to play this during that long car ride, but since I wanted music in my vehicle instead I had to quit your app the second it killed my music playing in favor of hijacking my sound. Dumb move. I quit playing for a long time because the launch of the game blared music in my face even when my sound was off. When will app developers get the hint to NOT NOT NOT override a user’s phone settings?

You asked for helpful tips? Here is one, STOP HIJACKING MY PHONE SETTINGS. Here is another one, DISCLOSE DROP RATES OF YOUR LOOT BOXES LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO!

I personally am done until the sound issue is fixed. I tried to give it another shot, but I have let so many apps before this one go for this exact reason. If it isn’t fixed in the next update, I walk. At that point it is the third strike. Hopefully devs listen!

This is a really cute game so far. I like that the gameplay is challenging but simple, and the pocket pony designs are super cute and I’m going to have fun collecting them.

However, there are going to be some bugs so just be careful! I purchased their discounted day 1 pack of 150 gems + bits, and while I received them fine, once I purchased ONE mystery box pack (the most expensive is only 100 gems), ALL of the gems I had disappeared from my account. Including the gems I had earned just from playing the game! Overall I lost about 70 gems to this glitch. When I contacted support, they said there is no way for them to fix it, and I will need to contact Apple for a refund. (I think we all know how well that’s going to go.)

So while it’s cute, and I WANT to support and like MyLittlePonyPocketPonies, just be wary!

Fun game but the gambling mechanics make it frustrating to collect since you mostly only get ones you’ve already drawn. The update took away the bits for upgrades part so now the 175,000 bits I have are basically useless since it takes a week of gaming to get enough gems for a Legendary (just to draw a pony I already have) and if you buy the gems, it doesn’t increase your chances either. Not a bad game for wasting time, just frustrating in that the user experience isn’t very streamlined. For my money, Disney Emoji Blitz is better designed since you can’t draw the same emoji once it’s been maxed out. Not bad but not great either. It is a forgettable game in the mobile experience.

so honestly everything about this game is great and i love it. but theres this one thing i hate most: when i'm in the middle of a challenge sometimes it will crash on me. often it's laggy when doing most things in the game. the opening animations should only be tuned for first starting the game and not every time you open it. and the constant "You can watch an ad to earn a FREE boost!" pop up is a bit annoying as I freestyle and usually don't require boosts in my gameplays. you might never listen because i read the other reviews but we will see. i'm 13 too soooo. *shrug*

I was having fun with this little game, and as with any game I enjoy, I’m not opposed to throwing some money at it atleast once. But we will get to that.

The game consistently offers the option to watch ads for free coins or power ups, and I love doing that. When it works. Each time I tried to do this, I was able to watch the advertisement video in full. And then the game would become unresponsive, need to be restarted, and no rewards would come to me despite watching ads.

The final straw was when I did indeed make the foolish decision to make an in-app purchase. iTunes told me I made the purchase, I used my thumbprint, password, etc, to authorize my payment. The money has left my bank account, directly corresponding to the purchase I made and at the time I made it. Nothing showed up on my in game account. I attempted the work around as suggested in the games FAQ, but all that managed to do was clear my progress and data in game.

To make a long story short, I’m vexed and out a solid 16 dollars cause I’m a fool who wanted to support a cute pony game. If you are gonna play this game, just...don’t buy anything, I guess.

If you play it non-stop you should be able to beat it in a couple days. That said, a couple quality of life changes would be to set up a custom roster so you don’t have to keep scrolling to select your ponies. In order to keep players engaged while new content is being put out is to have the game remember what level the player was on because they are probably grinding the same level repeatedly to gain money and gems.

I enjoy this game so much and it is awesome one of the parts is kinda hard because scootaloo gave me a blue diamond and I was battling with diamond tiara and it’s only hard because the timer goes to fast which is the problem so I keep spending my coins to revive my characters but good game. 😀🙂 another problem about the game is that it is to hard the timer is something that makes me worried because I have to get the changelings,parasprites, and the bats and then I’m so focused I look at the time and the monsters are going to kill my characters .

I enjoy MyLittlePonyPocketPonies very much! When the new area is released I cannot wait! Here are also a few ( not bad) suggestions:

1. Yellow type ponies! These ponies upgrade power or projectiles for a few seconds! These ponies are only obtainable in ultra rare and legendary boxes.

2. The “arch nemises” category! This includes:

Daybreaker! ( lvl 20, red type, ability is suns wrath, does 3x damage then current)

Nightmare moon! ( lvl 30, green type, ability is super nightmare mist, causes enimies to loose 40% health.)

King Sombra! ( Lvl 10, type yellow, dark power, gives +2 power to weakest pony for 4 seconds.)

Cozy glow! ( Lvl 1, type blue, ability is friendship wrath, moves enimies back 2 spaces.)

3. Limited time ponies! These can be any level and are only here for a few days/ hours.

5. The common box should be 5,000 bits.

I like this, it's a great strategy game using characters from my favorite show. There is a small detail which was looked over and that's when you click on the ponies' specialty type before starting a match. Every type you click on has Twilight saying that it's a power type, but I'm not clicking on power types at all. Pretty sure there is some missing voice acting. I didn't see any other issues, keep up the good work!

My daughter and I are enjoying this together, but we need more levels and adventures! Any chance of updates soon?!

I will say that we have downloaded it on both a Samsung device and an Apple device and the fact that on the Samsung you can only get boosters with diamonds instead of coins is the only reason I though of giving this 4 stars. It makes it harder for my daughter to get ponies and complete extra challenges on her tablet and so she keeps taking my phone to play. I even paid for the first diamond bundle for her to see if that would ‘unlock’ the boosters or something, but no.

Overall, super fun little distraction and it’s nice that the levels are short and a good stopping point which makes it easier to turn the game off when needed.

More levels and ponies please!

Super fun game, but I couldn’t get it to work with my device. I closed down MyLittlePonyPocketPonies whenever I was finished playing and when I went to reopen it all my progress would either be scrambled or completely reset. All my ponies and levels gone. The ads to receive bonuses and power-ups didn’t work either, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling MyLittlePonyPocketPonies several times and the issue never went away. It became inevitable that my progress would be altered and that ruined the experience for me. My memory is near empty and my device is compatible with MyLittlePonyPocketPonies. Disappointed to say the least.

This game is good for me! I love this game very much! It’s well thought out and it also helps your brain think in a way by using certain colors and certain strategies. There’s been a little problem in the game when I close it I lose most of my progress and have to start over somewhere after getting to Twilight’a challenge. I have to work my way back up. I rate this game a 10/10!

I’ve played and nearly 100% it, but it still is missing one of the main characters as a final challenger. Also my coins keep accumulating, I’ve pretty much have an unlimited supply of them. Another thing that can possibly be added is an online challenge mode, have players either try to finish a challenge faster than the other, or have them do an unlimited mode, the first to die loses.

This game is for kids Apparently this game is for the company to take your money! The levels are ridiculously hardAs the 26-year-old adult I struggle playing these levels let aloan a child they obviously want you to buy the upgrades As playing the same level of over in over again is daunting and you think yeah they’re super cute but the loot boxes do give you same ponies and they don’t give you back the gems sure they give your pony an upgrade but I’d rather have a different pony and spending money on it and not guaranteed a different pony it’s not Worth it that’s gambling and a game that is designed for kids gambling is not acceptable

I got MyLittlePonyPocketPonies before and had a different character, I got this game again and was working my way up to rank 5 when I log on and I’m all of the sudden in my old account with my old character lost all of my ponies and gems and am now on rank 3 still in the Main part of the school while on my new account the one that I was on rank 5 I was in the map part 3 or 4. Over all it’s a good game, just don’t reset your device or you might loose all of your progress or be transferred to your old account.
