The ads just freeze and all you can do is delete Hearts . I’ve tried numerous times to reinstall it but the same thing keeps happening!! Extremely frustrating- so I’m done.

I love this game but when I play it I get a message saying that my phone is locked and to contact apple support immediately and my screen can not be used due to a phone number flashing on the screen. I called apple support directly and they told me that my account is fine and that the number I was being told to call is NOT an apple number. This is a phishing scam and I have deleted Hearts and will not use any app from this company again

Had a problem with one of the ads locking up and other issues. Contacted support, and they asked for screen shots, etc. Sent the screen shots and the rest of what they asked for...

Crickets.

Still has problems with that ad.

Also, sometimes ads just give you a black screen. Nothing will work except closing Hearts .

AI starts out weak and then progresses until it becomes obvious that it is programmed to rotate players. Point spread is designed to stay within certain parameters. If the spread becomes too much, then the computer generated players start making really boneheaded plays to correct the imbalance.

Really needs an update.

Gonna remove Hearts.

This is a good game. The stupid game keeps popping up telling me how it works. These are not ads, this is the developer stopping the game to tell me how to change the color of the deck. Just leave it alone and let me play the game. I will figure out the settings when I am ready.

Loved this game but latest update and it crashes constantly and the ads…so many ads. Every hand there are adds. Even if you “buy” to skip the adds they still pop up. They’ve ruined Hearts .

This was fine until today when they put up an ad after every hand. Not after every game but after every hand. I’ve deleted Hearts .

I’ve been playing this game for a few years. Off and on. It’s a mindless game I use to just tune out for a while. But with this last upgrade either in the game or with latest iOS update I want to delete it because if the massive increase of ads! Before the update it was an ad every few rounds and it only took a few seconds for the ‘x’ would show up to exit out. Now, it’s an ad after each round AND you have to click up to five times to get out of the ad!!! Why!?!?!? Leave well enough alone. We already have to click out of the ad, why make it five times as hard and two times as often! Why did you ruin such a good game?!?!

Now, I know that game developers/companies get money when ads are part of their game play, but why is it so important to ruin a game with increases like this when you had such a good thing going already? What’s the point? Do you want us to get frustrated and delete the game? Because that’s what will likely happen. And I’ll be wary of the future games put out by these game developers.

Just quit it with the ads as often and quit making it take twice as long to click out of them.

Oh, and it’s a lot more glitchy now. Quits more often and there are mini flashes during the game play where the cars are sitting on the screen. I could live with these two irritations but the ads? IDK.

Ever since these advertisements for games were included app crashes 4-5 times before I can play. Please fix this.

The system keeps crashing. Crashed four times in a row mid game. Not sure what's going on. it's fun but you probably won't have the opportunity to complete the game because it keeps crashing!!!!!!!!!

The cards are squinched together making it very difficult to isolate a single card. To play a card requires 2 steps. First isolate a card and then secondly move it to the center with a gesture. In addition to these problems, there appears to be little strategy to the way the avatars play their cards. The Queen of Spades is frequently the first card played when Spades are the suit. There is no attempt to hide it for a surprise attack.

As has been noted in other reviews the cards all scrunched together is a problem, a big problem. Same goes for the double tap on the cards.

The other MAJOR issue is that you’re dealt the cards with the Diamonds right next to the this app. Who does that IRL? No one! The cards should appear in your hand with Clubs on the left, then Diamonds, then Spades followed by this app on the right. It’s that simple.

I used to love playing this game but since you updated it, my game keeps crashing and I have to start all over again. There are also too many ads which also keep freezing. It’s gotten so bad that I can’t even complete a 100 point game anymore. Seeing as how I am not the only one complaining about this problem, please correct these glitches. Otherwise, I’m going to have to delete your game.

Hearts would be 5 stars if only I was able to finish a game! Every time I exit out of Hearts the game restarts. There is no way to pause the game.

Takes a little bit of time to know how to play your turn.

If I pay to remove the adds can I play the game with out
Wi-Fi?

Best this app game so far but battery drains fast even on low power mode, please fix with update.

Great game. For the next version, please add a “Statistics” option which counts the games played, won and lost.

This game is great because you can indicate the level of difficulty that you want. In addition, there is a "Hint" button to help you learn strategy. love this version.

Great programming for setting up this game! It seems they’ve got the advertisements properly set in this version! There’s only one full add in between games and there’s continuous adds above the playing field which doesn’t interfere with the game. Wonderful “free” game in that respects. In my Apple iPad I use for the game, there is only one way to hold my tablet, vertically, instead of horizontally. Give us an option, please. Now, to the game itself. I like the options so far for the game including shooting the moon of course, and the jack of diamonds as a -10 point card. I would like to suggest three more options for the game: 1) shooting the sun (taking all the tricks), total points of 50, plus or minus, 2) if a player gets a 100 points exactly, that player goes down to “0”, 3) when a player shoots the moon or sun, that player has the option of sending them self down or send the players up. During the play, if this is at all possible for programming, the computer players need to be better players during the hand. For example, I am constantly shooting the moon. The lowest two scores I have so far is a -40 and a -50! When a player is shooting, the computer players incessantly sluff their highest cards to their lowest cards. When the jack of diamonds is a count card, they don’t recognize the card as such. They just play that card as a normal high sluff card. They also need to recognize a player is shooting. So, when a player plays a low heart card, the others follow suit and plays even lower. So, B&CO, give me a challenge and beat me!! However, great game and I give it a 5 Star raiting! Just plain fun!!
