How to fix Loyverse POS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Loyverse POS app on iPhone
Update Loyverse POS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Loyverse POS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Loyverse POS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Loyverse POS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Loyverse POS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Loyverse POS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Loyverse POS App
1. On android, goto Settings » Loyverse POS » click [Force Stop]

Update Loyverse POS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Loyverse POS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Loyverse POS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Loyverse POS.

Fix Loyverse POS unable to contact server/ Loyverse POS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Loyverse POS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Loyverse POS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
