When I go into my Loyverse back of house I can only see the tab on the side for reports nothing else
i cannot log in my account, its always saying that it has error or last syncing with the server
My loyverse POS is not connecting to network service despite availability of data and making syncing difficult.
I have some issues with the dashboard app, it does not show the sales since yesterday. can anyone help ?

My loyverse app has stopped saving tabs of customers. Ive reinstalled and restarted. In the end i disconnected internet and its working. But i need it on the net.
One of our Ipads is not syncing with the back office. We have re-started it, and made sure it is connected to wi-fi, but sales are still not showing up on any reports. Please help!
