Won't scan 2D barcodes on MD drivers license, saying 'Failed to parse the ID' and telling me to rescan the proper barcode or redwood the mag strip (no mag reader attached, so I'm not sure where it's getting that)

This app is pretty good. Scans quick and very user friendly. However the part in the description about "instant government verification " is just not true, I have had the chance to scan a legitimate known fake id and it scanned just fine with no indication of it being fake.
