This is one of those games set up to lure people into spending more and more money. The ones that spend money get higher levels and they roam around attacking those trying to develop their game. So they get the feeling of being able to destroy more of the lower ranked castles. Instead of attacking one time, the game allows...no...encourages the players that spend the MOST money to attack others multiple times instead of attacking once or twice. Multiple times means 15 or twenty times. Even after all the players soldiers are gone they continue to attack you. The game makers just let this kind of activity continue without any control. They treat it as a type of gambling which is strongly regulated in the rest of society.
So the sole purpose of this game is not to provide a reasonable product for a reasonable fee but rather to squeeze that last dollar out of the stupid people in the game. If you want to enjoy yourself and be reassured noble in how much you might spend, then move on to a different game. This one is just like a cheating gambling dealer with the odds stacked against you.

Game was amazing, and addictive. A drain of finances as well. Customer support is getting worse and worse. Castles are being banned and never returned after a lot of money being spent which continues to fund this nonsense.

Every time you contact support they say hope this clarifies your problem. When all they did was throw together a bunch of nonsense that makes no sense to your situation.

A few support team members are good back others are sadly lacking. Another issue is there are now over 130 kingdoms and not enough support staff to handle that volume.

Why is this? We deserve a better in game experience, shorter resolution times, better handling of issues, more clarity about the game, and what is expected from us in the game to not have castles banned/accounts removed.

For real. Y’all need to shape up! And fast!

I have been playing this game from day one ros only wants you to spend money and they want more than 30k dollars a year customer sevrice they don’t help at all always doing favors like Henry he gave his WhatsApp number to some players to send him money so he can give them free packs that’s how it works. Don’t play it not worth anymore they only want to eat your money. You have to favorite to Henry otherwise you won’t get any help he will keeps ignore you

I have the same experience as the others here those that spend the most in K68 destroyed the weaker players for no good reason other then they could do it. I was attacked over 120 times. Then followed & attacked again to the point that I was think I would need to leave the game. I know many others have.
I complained about this & suggest higher level castles should be able to move to other Kingdoms as one fix. Never received any response. So I move and hide & the game is less fun.
It is one of the best games I have played except for the above.
I can’t even take a vacation in peace must be able to get on or my troops & rss are gone. What a shame.

Post in discussion board that goes against ros and you get muted. Write in game support and ask a question. Conversation will he ended without reply. Ros tries
To hide anything that makes them look bad. Problem is just a few minutes into game and anyone with half a brain can see just how bad the lack of support there is.

Do not download game and if you do do not I repeat do not spend money in game. Ros will be your best friend at the start then they will only betray you if you not spending on a minute to minute basis. The game play and friendships are ok in game however the lack of support and the dictatorship that goes against all international laws is through the roof

I just want to say most of B70 in this version is ROS castle and I have a lots of proof of all I gonna say I spent 30K and I am not proud of it and I regret it now because it’s not fair game … when you try to get some answers from the GM they will all act stupid and they have no idea of what is the problem and they see it clearly … I frankly advise you not to download it or thing bout it because it’s wast of money and Time with cheating…

The game customer service is absolutely terrible. It takes days to answer any problems, and more then likely guarantee that they do not care about your issue. The game itself is good, the support team (for the most part) is friendly, they just make a habit of not caring about what is right and wrong. I was charged twice on several occasions, and they refuse to correct the problems. When you respond with an answer that they did incorrectly, they will simply stop answering you. The game can be one of the best available, if they hired people who cared about their customers.

There are many times the game have taken things from people’s castles. Things that they have earned in a so called bug. Instead of fixing the bug and say sorry. They took the things people devoted time for.

There are about 200 kingdoms in the game. Some of which has been migrated and closed for the lack of activity. The strongest kingdom in the game is K19 and they have just been merged with their most loyal friends k18 which was strong already. How does this game expect people to enjoy it? if it’s going to just do these things and not have anyone or anything to keep it accountable.

I really hope Apple and Google do an investigation or at least keep these money hungry apps from using their services. It is a bad business model and I think it should not be happening in 2021.

I don’t recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a game to enjoy. You would rather enjoy Call of Duty or Minecraft.

Like other games I have encounter I believe those who work on this game are also players who have more tools available to them compare to the normal player. I too have been a subject of being hit 15 to 20 times in a row plus after I move the castle the other player had the ability to locate my new position in hours. Unless they have a back door and one can see the coordinates of where other players are located only someone who works for the game could locate players that quickly. It’s an okay game for passing time while waiting for an appointment but don’t give them your money.

I contacted support for over two months regarding issues with online harassment. They failed to control the situation, and multiple people left the game, making the “kingdom” unplayable.

The game itself it fun, designers did an incredible job. But if you have any issues, your out of luck.

* I received a response recommending that I “contact support”? I have been working with support for over two months per the above, and I continue to get goofy responses like this one. I added this review in hopes that a brand manager would notice the training the support team needs to stop the ever ending leak of customers leaving the game. The game is designed really well! It could be a case study on game theory implementation. It’s genius. But the support team needs training, or this game is going to die out long before it’s natural time.

They’re greedy and lack any kind of real help. You have to spend, spend and spend only to be attacked countless times over and over by the same alliance and it’s players. When asked yo delete or move your account to a new server the refuse because they want you to sides more money to build up or make you leave the game. Some people have several accounts and use them to hit the same people over and over so those people can’t get ahead. Save your money and play another game this isn’t worth it.

Developers do not care. They ignore the needs of their players and leave people stuck in dead kingdoms. I can’t remember the last time that I was able to play the game as designed. Most events are in the middle of the night, early in the morning, or in the middle of my work day. KvK is without battles, because they match up 2 dead kingdoms and there is little to no fighting. I have waited as much as a month for a response and am still being ignored.

Killed Off Due to System Problems

I have loved this game - maybe an obsession.

I worked hard to build up several castles in two kingdoms.

Met great people and am in a great Alliance.

Then last night we had Kingdom vs Kingdom.

Needed to go into game to renew my ‘bubbles’ protecting my castles before it expired.

But no. Emergency system maintenance. Stayed up until 2 AM trying to get back into the game. Eventually you have to go to sleep, right ?

Woke up this AM and all my castles zeroed. 2 years of playing and all that time - and money - wasted.

Surely they would protect players with auto ‘bubbles’ if you were kept out of the game for maintenance? As they’ve done in the past.

But no.

So beware.

I may never play again.

Is anyone else having trouble after the update? The game is now too large for my phone screen. I cannot see the resource tabs at the top of the screen. Also it randomly shuts down

This game steals from you after you spend actual money and resources to upgrade the building they take it down without compensating you for all your losses. I tried contacting Game support several times without any response.

Highly addictive!! Beware you can't stop playing it. I made it part of my everyday routine. I play it for a year and is not getting boring. OANA - K9//// add on to my previous review: 2 years of playing it and is totally fun and still enjoyable every single day. If you want a game to play every once in a while this is NOT for you.

I’ve been an active player for almost 3 years.
I know we have a choice to pay for packages and pay for in game stuff. You don’t have to if you don’t want too.
I haven’t payed for much things maybe like $50 worth. But I am still growing along side the others in my kingdom. Just not as fast and powerful but you can do just fine if you are not comfortable paying for packages.
I do enjoy this game a lot.

Yes you can spend, but you don’t need too. I don’t and I do well. You will get some kingdoms that have many crazy spenders that make it impossible.i left the kingdom early and went to a new. My first didn’t have spenders really at all. Tbh I think you lose a lot of the game by buying up your castle. I do wish some kingdoms would open with spending caps to make it more level playing field. But it is not impossible to not spend.

Latest update has great graphics.

Is a standard run of the mill castle builder BUT it gives things away like crazy making it easier for the free players, AND ontop of that the packs are cheap and give a good amount for the prices aswell. So its the best of both for the norm cb player. And it has alot more functions inside the castle then most
