You won’t be charged for wrong numbers, they said. False. Get your numbers ahead of time. You’ll pay for landlines and wrong numbers.
You’ll be able to engage your audience, they claim. False. You will not be able to sort or export data to filter the audience you’d like to engage.
The support is via email only and will take days if not weeks. It is a full time job. You’ll want a refund (you’ll never get it) but then you’ll want a salary since you now work for Hustle in a fruitless attempt to optimize this technology.

This app is slow and clunky. Several other apps and web apps make texting easier and faster. Also it’s not cool that this app forwards calls to my personal voicemail inbox. I used this app for volunteering on with a political candidate. I felt concerned and stopped sending messages because several people tried calling me multiple times for who knows what reason. This service should accept calls in-platform, allow users to disable incoming calls, or block them completely.
Impossible to Send Texts without Expanding the iPhone Keyboard

The Send button must be wider and taller. I have small fingers and whenever I hit the Send button, it still manages to expand the iPhone keyboard as if I am trying to enter a message. This is super annoying when you’re trying to send 50 texts at a time in a workflow.
Please make the white text field where you enter messages less wide and make the Send button larger (vertically and horizontally). Make it easier to send texts faster and I’ll upgrade the review to five stars.
