I have white model glitch , and I am unable to import my materials. It seems to be getting worse and extremly slow. I am using on Windows 11.

I have white model glitch , and I am unable to import my materials. It seems to be getting worse and extremly slow. I am using on Windows 11. I have sent screen shots to Belight Tech but of no little help. Tonight I loaded it and the screen went black. Then back to Live Home 3D whitch went black afain then Live Home Screen returned again but froze. I am disspointed as this issue is not resolving. Only getting worse to the point of unable to do anything. Why have I payed a years sub to get this ? Whatever the bug is fix it
