Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Curo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Curo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Curo app on iPhone
Update Curo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Curo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Curo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Curo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Curo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Curo app issues:

Force Stop the Curo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Curo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Curo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Curo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Curo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Curo.

Fix Curo unable to contact server/ Curo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Curo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Curo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Curo on android.
