I get Pop slot emails for points, but the game won't open to get the points. I also can't get the daily points from Facebook Messenger. I have tried deleting the app, but that didn't help.

Hi, I chose a 100k bet amount, yet it increased without me realizing, so I kept hitting. Had 45m, i.e. $99.99 worth of points and within minutes I was down to nothing. Just purchased the $99.99 package a few days ago. Was trying to bet according to my budget, but your site automatically increased my bet exponentially.
