Really bad and poor service

Teachers don’t know language well and they can’t teach. No help with questions because they don’t know anything. No cancellation of lessons. You’ll be charged even if you cancel a lesson. Support is not responsive. No help. So it’s a total waist of money.
Charging without asking. No refunds

It charged me $58 for nothing, even can’t see where money went on the app . i asked for refund but they don’t replying on mail!!!
