Bait and Switch - look elsewhere

We are a marketing agency with 2 clients who signed up with Zen about 5 months ago. Before signing up several promises were made including website integration and customer support. Both of which were walked back after joining with them. Several requests were made to make changes to our reps as it would benefit our clients. All of which were met with excuses on how it wouldn’t help Zen. They say they offer website integration but truthfully their iFrames don’t work properly so once you buy they tell you not to use them. We couldn’t be u happier with their support and with the deception they use. Unprofessional and highly recommended you try another software.

I wrote a review 2 days ago and it’s still not posted… Anyways I’ll try again. This is the worst app, however their customer service through email is pretty good and quick to respond. However however, I was told by support that their most recent major glitch was fixed and released on 2/18, yet there is no new update and the app still has the same glitch today 2/19. The app already was very glitchy but with this most recent glitch the app (leaderboard section) is absolutely unusable. The app refuses to scroll. If I wasn’t required to use this app to see workouts posted by my gym I would get rid of this soooooo fast.

Logs you out, won’t let you log in

Very buggy. Works well in long stretches but then logs you out. You can’t log back in, even with the correct password. Using the “forgot password” doesn’t work - the reset password email never comes. (Yes, I checked my spam folder). My gym even tried to force reset PW emails out, but they don’t come. This is a simple app concept. Can’t understand why it’s so hard to get it working right. Use another app if you can. As I type this, I reinstalled the app. Now all I get is “we are currently experiencing technical issues” and “reload application”. Of course, it won’t load. Garbage.
