Multiple times delivery delay up to more than 1 hour than expected delivery time given at placing orders, no customer service contacted, and very hard to reach them, took me more than 10 mins to get them on the phone, no practical solutions provided, no compensation provided. Will never use it again.
Can't really deliver anything in Pandemic

Worst APP！ Subscribed member and loading hundred dollar for the payment. According the delivery slot releasing time I have keep refresh the app all the time. But still can’t get even an onion. Really bad experience. Dingdong App is much better.
