Can't send the trail with other app users, Why?
I have an iPhone and can't even share the trails with users who also use iPhones.

It simply doesn't come up. We've tried emailing and that doesn't work either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Downloaded TheMantrailingApp twice, and restarted my phone in between in case there was some glitch. TheMantrailingApp opens for a second, opens a prompt requesting access for notifications and GPS, then immediately closes. I can’t access anything in TheMantrailingApp before it closes. Same thing every time I try to open it. No where in TheMantrailingApp Store or on their website to contact anyone about it.

Looks like a great app, and have heard great things about it. Unfortunately, can’t review it as such if I can’t actually use it.

Loved TheMantrailingApp until recently. Every time try to open “trail” app shuts down. Have sent
Numerous requests for help and have received no response.

I downloaded TheMantrailingApp today and it opens and then crashes immediately. I have shut off and turned on the phone, rebooted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled TheMantrailingApp a few times and it still crashes immediately upon opening.

I bought TheMantrailingApp along with the rest of my K9 team in early 2019. It worked for everyone but me on the team. I contacted customer service numerous times and a couple of times they contacted me back quickly but with no help. Most of the time it took weeks and multiple messages before I got a response and sometimes via TheMantrailingApp sometimes via Facebook but still no help. I’ve been told how to restore my paid account numerous times which has not worked. I have received two messages with a link to reset my account but they have expired before I could use it due to me working nightshift and a very slim window to use the link. I was auto billed for another year and it still does not work. All I wanted was TheMantrailingApp to work as it does for the rest of my team but it doesn’t. If you have any problem with TheMantrailingApp cancel it immediately and get your money back. You can not rely on customer service to help. I rated this 2 stars because those it works for it seems great. If it does not work, they have your money so I guess they no longer care

Started off great- but over the last year or so, the tracks laid are automatically jumping off course. Almost like it’s connecting to some I know source. I have sent feedback and asked for help, but have yet to hear back. The tracks get so off course it shows me walking multiple extra miles even on short tracks laid. As police K9- I need something more reliable and trustworthy. I paid for the pro version and expect more.

Used TheMantrailingApp to document SAR certification. Recorded all info except the actual map. I fired up TheMantrailingApp in Indiana and it still shows my last flag as there. Check all god setting and all are correct. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Going to reload it because it’s great when it works.

TheMantrailingApp has been awesome for K9 SAR trainings until about 6 weeks ago. App crashes every time I try to open a trail shared from a team mate via email. Both iPhone and app are up to date. Help?!

We use TheMantrailingApp every week to track my dog’s SAR trails. Adding additional info after class and export to pdf for his log book. Super easy to use.
Only thing I wish it could do would be for me to be able to use TheMantrailingApp on multiple phones with my pro account since reception in rural North Carolina can be very spotty.

I was happy to see the improvements converting to a PDF and actually being able to print! For a very long time I did not recommend TheMantrailingApp to my trailing dog buddies. There’s a lot of pluses in this application, however, what is your definition of the difference between “RUNNER” and “LAYER”? We have Trail Layer and K9 Teams here.
Also what is a RUREAL area?

I had a small issue with sending trail layer’s trails via air drop. Customer service fixed my problem. We use TheMantrailingApp for all training reports for our bloodhound team. We are an law enforcement bloodhound team. We love it.

I really enjoy TheMantrailingApp and it’s very useful for me. I would like to have aging less than one hour. I would also like to be able to edit the trail when I or the runner forgets to stop GPS. There is also no way to send feedback or request help because clicking on those options leads to a message with no addressee.

I use TheMantrailingApp all the time along with the other members of my search and rescue group. It’s a very convenient way to record my tracks and I never have any issues with it. We love it!

TheMantrailingApp works great! It does exactly what I need. As an LEO with a K9 (bloodhound), TheMantrailingApp helps log needed info and is also easy to use. Showed TheMantrailingApp to other trainers and K9 handlers (trailing dogs) and they really liked TheMantrailingApp also.

Love, love, love TheMantrailingApp. We use it daily for our working dogs. Has great detail that is spot on!
Excellent for record keeping!

I use TheMantrailingApp for my SAR training. It is very easy to use and capture all the data I need for my records. See the demo they have on the website. This sold me on TheMantrailingApp. Also very appreciative of the additional feature of being able to use satellite imaging. Thank you for our great customer service as well when I had to change my email.

Love TheMantrailingApp for working dogs. It tracks age of trail, temp, time etc. one thing that would make it over the top amazing would be an app for watches.

If you can add an app for smart watches that would be great. I have heard another app does that and mane folks are going to those as we can’t pull our phones out when working our dogs
