Need this FIXED
So I have an account on the app and on the main S&S website, but they are not connected since if I put something in the shopping cart via website the app will not sync and my items in the app are not visible. Keep in mind it’s the same account email address and password but I think the issue might be that within the app I am unable to select my shipping country as it is not available even though on the website it is. Can you help with this, please? App is great but it is simply useless to me in this state since I can’t really order anything with it. Thanks!

Never got items nor full refund
Don’t buy clothes from this retailer. Never got updates on my order, at some point they claimed it was shipped, no tracking # was provided, then got some refunds but am still waiting on $7.95 (all items were well above this). Customer support has been unresponsive.

Poor App Design
Never use app tp buy!!! I order 6 item and after I pay them, the app “Order History” section shows that I didn’t purchase anything, and when I use the website to review, I lost two item but still the original price.
