My daughter is trying to vete into the Apple but it doesnt let her log in and kick her out. We deleted the app and install it again but still doing the same error.

How to fix i-Station app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the i-Station app on iPhone
Update i-Station app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall i-Station iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix i-Station on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve i-Station network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

i-Station Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix i-Station not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the i-Station App
1. On android, goto Settings » i-Station » click [Force Stop]

Update i-Station to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear i-Station App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » i-Station » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart i-Station.

Fix i-Station unable to contact server/ i-Station internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click i-Station » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto i-Station » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch i-Station
