My daughter is trying to vete into the Apple but it doesnt let her log in and kick her out. We deleted the app and install it again but still doing the same error.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent i-Station app issues:

Force Stop the i-Station App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click i-Station app. » click "Force Stop".

Update i-Station to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear i-Station App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "i-Station app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch i-Station.

Fix i-Station unable to contact server/ i-Station internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click i-Station » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got i-Station » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
