Shuts off every 2- 3 minutes. Actually ditched the Android thinking it will work better on iPhone. It didn't. Switched back to Android and it stops so frequently that I just don't bother anymore.

Broadcastify both on my iPad and iPhone 13 keeps stopping to reconnect. I’ve updated the software on my iPad and iPhone 13. I’ve deleted the broadcastify app and paid the $2.99 charge again only to have the exact same problem. Just looking for a solution. Dave

How to fix Broadcastify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Broadcastify app on iPhone
Update Broadcastify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Broadcastify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Broadcastify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Broadcastify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Broadcastify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Broadcastify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Broadcastify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Broadcastify » click [Force Stop]

Update Broadcastify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Broadcastify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Broadcastify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Broadcastify.

Fix Broadcastify unable to contact server/ Broadcastify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Broadcastify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Broadcastify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Broadcastify
